Worst service I've ever had!!! Not only did my phone get cut off for 2 months w no explanation when they got hacked. No reimbursement no nothing. Now they screw me every month by not resetting my data after I pay my bill. Ya'll are a joke!!! You're thieves!!!

Love BOOST MOBILE. The employees are always polite and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving them FIVE STARS at the moment, is they are coming back with a FAMILY PLAN that my family and I are very interested in changing to. So we are going to talk to them and see how well they treat ALL their Loyal Customers.Besides that. Every experience I had so far (A+)

Manager was very friendly, the other clerk was quiet but displayed a good attitude and a nice smile. She helped my mom and seemed to be pretty well organized and efficient at her job. Everything was clean and we were finished in a timely fashion. Kudos to you ladies thank you for the good customer service it was a nice change of pace from what you see at other businesses these days.

Customer service with management is not polite. Management is suppose to know all of the right answers. Without personal snobby answers or there is ALWAYS a way to figure it out. They forget about situations as well as problems that they need to touch up with immediately with out the customer having to bug the staff for a response for customer service needs. You sell services and phones. How hard is it to become a expert in that criteria. She is very rude it does reflect onto your staff how to treat customers into the future. I do recommend she needs to take a customer service satisfaction class. If she wasn’t held accountable for a associates degree for business management when she got hired on for that position.Smile it helps the world we live in today. No matter what the situation is.Always be understanding and patient to resolve the issue. it’s not like you run 1000$ daily in electronics. That store isn’t busy enough to ruffle anyone’s feathers.

The sales ladies did great. My only complaint is with the system used to port in new customers' phone numbers. Mine were ported to Infinite instead of Boost prepaid because I had previously requested sim cards for Infinite that I never activated. Because of that, I was not able to get any promotional prices for new customers switching to Boost. I really wanted to get the iPhone 11 but couldn't since I was technically a brand new Infinite customer switching to Boost prepaid even though I never wanted to be an Infinite customer at all. I think the sales reps should be able to override the system's decision about promotional eligibility or be able to undo a port-in request if done in error. Nothing could be done by them or the rep for Infinite I spoke with over the phone to correct the issue. I asked the Infinite rep to transfer me to a supervisor but was told that was not an option & that he could handle the problem I was having. I'm very disappointed that I wasn't able to buy the phone I wanted & ended up spending around $100 more than I should have had to if not for the issue with my number being ported to the wrong service first.

Well went in to change to 5 g phone and I thought I bought one but after careful research it's NOT 5 g...they sold me another 4g...now have to pay more to get 5 g...not happy

I live in Corsicana and this store is 36 miles from me went to the Canton store and will never return for one they only take cash no debit or credit they need to post this on their site so people don't drive out of their way to go there your gun barrel store the ladies were very professional and very friendly.. hopefully y'all open another store here in Corsicana cuz it's very inconvenient for the customers that live in Navarro county
