3 stars because corporate decided to close an excellent location. 5 stars for NVC Groves. I've been bringing my pets here for 15 years. The ENTIRE staff has always been wonderful, fun, compassionate and helpful. I'm going to miss all of them and the convenience of the Groves location knowing it's being consolidated with the Nederland location. I know change is hard. My biggest concern is moving to a place that has already shown it has lost the small town feel, comfort and pricing we've come to sincerely appreciate at the Groves location. I sense they are getting to big for their britches.
