Went in twice today, my second and third trip to this store, and I have never had an issue. Everyone there is knowledgeable, patient, and SO kind. I love to support local businesses and chance I get, having such great service is icing on the cake. Will definitely be back!

Love going here instead of a big store. VIP parking, never lots of people and Has everything I need so I can run in and out quick. Makes it eiser on me. Someone is always right there when you walk in and ready to help.

These men are incredible! I prefer this place over big box stores. In fact, this is the 1st place I run to now.These men have empowered me & equip me to tackle my tasks 3 times over (so far). They've seen me in all emotional forms & don't make me feel horrible. Rather, I always leave calm & ready.I'm very grateful for this place & the men running it. Definitely a hometown gem. & A good prices!!!! Shop local!!!

Whenever I need a part for something, especially an older item, I can always depend on the young men that work at West End to help me out. They have or will get the information I need to fix most of the things I have questions about. I hope they stay around for many more years.
