My family owned this business for 33 years and my husband Terry was the front end man over 30 years there until my mother retired and sold the business last August. All of these reviews except for 1 are from the customers my family and husband took care of when we owned twin city front end. The business had not been open and serving anyone since my family left there almost a year ago. No one one knows o operate the front end machine since Terry left there a year agi.

I have dealt with this business for over 15 years. There old mechanic is gone now and they have a new mechanic. They have always used motorcraft parts on my F-350 diesel truck. The last time they worked on it, they used after market parts on my truck and even though they told me, and charged me, for changing all of my glow plugs, they left two of the old glow plugs in my truck. I approached the owner of the business about the two old blow plugs and she argued with me, and brought in the mechanic, that all of the glow plugs had been changed. I paid over $800 for a job that did not use motorcraft parts and did NOT get my truck running right. I will not be taking anymore of my business to them.

I evacuated to Texas. My car started idling high. Brought the car in to Wes. He is very thorough. He drove my car and did a diagnostic test. He was able to order the parts, from Houston, and repairs were made - all overnight. When I went to pickup the car, Wes showed me the old parts. He explained, in detail, what was done. I would recommend this place, and Wes, to anyone.

Extremely poor service. Bad attitude and quick tempered owner. The 2 mechanics that work there have some good qualities and knowledge but not consistently! Was told that my frame on my vehicle was bent because they were notable to conduct a front wheel alignment...I took it to another shop and they were able to do it with no problem. Bought tune up items for them to install, found out weeks later when i was doing work on my vehicle myself that tye old spark plugs were still in the vehicle!!! I brought it to their attention but tye owner claims that she doesn't know what her mechanics hourly rate is to give me a refund for work that was not completed!!! Very poor customer service. I have spent thousands of dollars with this shop!! No more!

I've been utilizing their services for over 5 years. Spent thousands of dollars between my vehicle and my companies vehicle being serviced there.. For the first time this month in 2021, I can say that they have changed. They charge you extra if you tell them your bringing your own parts. The labor rate for one mechanic goes up at least $20per hour extra, just because of this! This notice of an increased labor rate is written on a dry erase board! They broke a part on my vehic

For the first time this month in 2021, I can say that they have changed. They charge you extra if you tell them your bringing your own parts. The labor rate for one mechanic goes up at least $20 just because of this! This notice of an increased labor rate is written on a dry erase board! They broke a part on my vehicle and wouldn't admit it! Told me that my frame on my vehicle was bent and that they couldn't complete my wheel alignment because if this. I took my car to a professional frame alignment shop to have it checked. Nothing was found! These guys really didn't know what they're talking about! I had at least 6 people that I work with that I have referred there over the years but now, I would advise them to do business elsewhere. I understand that as a business, you can set your own rates but, there are somethings that you should make sure that the customer understands before you take their money. The owner stated that she couldn't tell me what it would cost for what I wanted to get done and that they would have to look at all of the work and then give a price...which did nit happen until the work was done!That should never be the case! Make your prices known to the customer! If your a business owner, whether you have 1 million customers or only 1...treat them all the same! I think that this shop has forgotten what it means to take care of your customers and to be fair. I will take my business elsewhere from this point on!

We have been customers for years my husband terrance and I. I love them dearly they have never failed us. Even when its along time of not seeing them and just recently they had to fix my car the enjoyment of talking and catching up is the best part ever. And they keep our vehicles going. Love you guys

The owner of this shop was one of the rudest people I have encountered in the area. She lied to us stating that she could not align our vehicle due to missing parts and nuts being loose. I asked her about the parts that were supposedly missing and she said that the people that changed our front end components would know what she is talking about. When we went to pick it up, we attempted to speak to the mechanic about the supposed issues. She came flying out of the office telling us not to approach her mechanic and got very loud, stating that we couldn’t speak to her employees. She said that she is the owner, it is her place, and we can take it to Módica Bros if we don’t believe her. We took her advice and went to Módica Brothers where they had zero issues aligning the vehicle. They also confirmed that all parts replaced (by me, btw) were installed correctly with nothing loose or missing. This woman obviously didn’t want to serve us.
