Employee was not inside the facility when customers while waiting to pick up uhaul equipment. Had a couple waiting over an hour with no sign of anyone being on site until found out she was sitting in her car playing on her phone

The manager, Jodie, was amazing! I have never experienced better customer service from anywhere before! She was super helpful and super nice and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and feel so confident that my things are safe with her in the storage unit!

I would use Storage Sense again. That is the only storage facility I would use. Jodi the manager was awesome and always helpful so was her coworker. They always made me feel special. The facility was alwys clean.

I had been looking for a storage building to rent for about an hour already, and all of them was at least 150+ just to start out and was well over 135$ a month for a 10×15. But the minute I seen the new rental special that storage sense had advertising online I was sold. I called and the manager Jody Davis was amazingly awesome. And had all my problems solved well worth my attention and in my budget range even when I start paying full price. But if Ms. Jody Davis hadn't been so explaining and helpful I probably would still be looking.
