“The entire process of starting a new rental with Superior Storage was so easy and stress free! I spoke with Kelly upon entering the building through a virtual call and she was able to walk me through multiple units to ensure I was renting the correct size. She was able to reserve the unit for me and got all of the information emailed to me before I left the parking lot! She was extremely personable and made the unique experience wonderful! Fast forward to the next week, when following the steps provided in the email Kelly sent, my session times out and I “lost” my reservation. I called the number on the email and Zach was able to quickly find my original reservation and complete the process over the phone within 2 minutes! Customer service at this location is top tier, and the app worked great while we were moving my items into the unit. 10/10 would recommend!”
