Staff is top notch. The facility is located not far from where I reside. It has a lot of machines as well as free weights. Plenty of treadmills and cardiovascular equipment. Everyone cleans up the equipment after their workout. The staff is always courteous and helpful/friendly. I recommend this gym to everyone. A shout out to Dena, Ben, Gary, & Heather for going beyond the boundaries of providing a great place to workout.??

Great staff - friendly, identifiable, helpful, and approachable. Always a clean facility. Plenty of space and equipment. Never any ‘out of order’ equipment.
