Don’t let their website fool you. I was referred to the florist by a relative. I upgraded it to premium to make sure that the spray was going to look presentable for a funeral. When I saw the picture that was sent to me after it got delivered, I was embarrassed and taken by surprise. I requested for the owner to modify the spray before the viewing, but he stated that there other flowers that he had to go deliver and offered a 50% refund. I didn’t care about the refund, I wanted it get fixed. There were no roses of any color except cheap carnations.

Made an online delivery order. Used to be my go to florist for that area. They called to let me know that since flower prices on their end had gone up I would need to pay the difference from the amount listed on their website. I agreed to paying the difference amount since I live in a different state and I cannot personally deliver flowers to my mom. The day of the delivery, my mom sent me a picture of the arrangement to thank me but it looked NOTHING like what I ordered. At all. If you are gonna charge me extra, at least put at effort on actually making the arrangement look like what you list on YOUR WEBSITE. Oh an update your prices too.

I can’t explain how frustrating it is to work with an industry partner who is so unprofessional. We wired an order to this florist on May 1st for a funeral on May 3rd at 11am. A refusal was sent on the morning of, this morning, a couple hours BEFORE the service! The excuse “we are backed up with funerals”. Like why would you not refuse it the day it was wired or Tuesday!!! This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. Now I have a very angry customer over this poorly ran business.

My Mothers arrangements were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! He used her favorite color, the arrangements by her picture were the best I’ve ever seen. He is a total designer. I just can not say how great of a job he did! I would recommend him at the best in the mid county area. I’ve lived there all but 10y of my life. My Mom died late 2021.

Can’t say enough good things about this florist. Mr. Phillips personally handled a Saturday after-hours order for a Sunday funeral. Personally delivered a gorgeous plant which the family loved, as they can keep it in memory of the deceased. Fair pricing, extraordinary service. Thank you!!!

Ordered flowers for a colleague's going away party that I couldn't attend, spent $80 + tip. I learned three weeks later that the flowers never showed up. Waste of money.

Good down home folks and will even look out for you on the price! Trust Me! If ya need your flower fix this is where to go in the Port Arthur/Groves or in Jefferson County period.

Very helpful and friendly staff. During times of bereavement grief can leave you with a loss of words. The friendly staff helped me to compose a condolence card and had wonderful suggestions for floral arrangements. The prices are reasonable and the floral arrangement was lovely.
