Let me start by saying that i went to this collision shop because of the raving reviews I saw on Google and because they were open on Saturday. I came here also after having experienced a terrible situation with Wallace Body Shop- please see the review for this shop on Google for more details. Gonzo came off as a well-established and together small business owner BUT it appears that I was extremely mislead thinking this. My truck was there for a complete paint job and it's now week 5 and my truck is still not repainted and looks like it did when I dropped it off. The workers have no information on anything and just say that they are waiting on Gonzo to tell them what to do while Gonzo is nowhere to be found and I have left 3 messages and he has not returned 1 phone call!! It's been one excuse after another! He claims the sprayer was down but if that was the case he should have called in a professional and had it repaired instead of playing handyman himself and further delaying the painting of my vehicle and others. Stay far, far, far away from this unorganized and unprofessional place and don't go near Wallace Paint and Body either! This whole situation has caused me GREAT heartache and trauma!Update: Gonzo's has now had my truck for 6 weeks and JUST NOW STARTED painting it!! 6 weeks!! Gonzo is never there and the employees CANNOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS without his guidance. Do not waste your time at this 'paint shop'. There's no way that it should have take 6 weeks TO START painting my truck!!! BEYOND LIVID IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT TO DESCRIBE how I feel right now! This seasoned business owner has given me ZERO updates on my truck THEN He tried to gaslight me after I went to his office on week seven to find out why he hadn't contacted me about my vehicle. GONZO TAKES ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY foe his failure to communicate and deliver services in a timely manner.Service: Painting

This is the only body shop I'll take my car to. I live 2 hours away and I'll gladly make the drive. They're honest, trustworthy, and perfectionists. The shop owner is one of the best painters in the industry and works hard to make sure his clients are taken care of.

Car was only supposed to be out for a couple weeks. Ended up couple months. Finally was supposed to be done last week they painted door just to find out it doesn’t fit and it was the wrong door that they ordered. This was on a Thursday...was told it would be ready to go Saturday and I could pick up then. Turns out they didn’t work on it at all. It’s now Monday and still no car....They hardly ever answer phone. Constant requests to speak to owner and have not been called back once. Extremely disappointed all the way around.

This is probably one of the BEST if not the BEST (CUSTOM PAINT & COLLISION REPAIR SHOPS) in not only Port Arthur but the entire GOLDEN TRIANGLE. Gonzo & his staff are not only Professional, but very Knowledgeable & Honest. Never once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. Thank You Gonzo for all that you do & keep putting out professional & quality products.
