“I will NEVER use any other car rental service in the golden triangle as long as this team of lovely young ladies are representing the company ENTERPRISE in Groves, Texas! They are the Crème de la crème! (I hope that I do not mess up these names). Ms Heather (I believe) and Ms Vicki are exceptional!! They were friendly, patient, welcoming, professional, and they listened to what my needs were, so that they could better accommodate myself and my family. The ONLY reason that I gave 4 stars is because I came in -I think it was the day before my rental contract was up- I was DRIVING THE RENTAL, and spoke to Ms Heather and Ms Vicki, about extending the contract, and to see if they needed to check the vehicle out. Ms Leandria, who had been sitting right there the whole time, called me as I was walking out. When I explained, "Yes, ma'am. That was me in there just now." (I was the only guest in there).She never acknowledged or apologized, just asked again if I was returning the vehicle or continuing to pay to continue with rental. I felt that was rude, and a tad bit unprofessional and unprofessional. Contrary to the customer service her co workers provided. Four stars is outstanding, but there is always room for improvement! I will be seeing them again really soon with the holidays coming up! Great job, ladies! Even Ms Leandria! You ladies are awesome!”
