The ladies at this establishment are courteous and very attentive they do make you feel welcome but can't follow instructions as of how and what you want done to your pet. For the second occasion they've clipped my dogs dewclaws the first time they didn't have the decency of letting us know what happened,we had to find out by the trace of blood our pet was leaving behind from the profuse bleeding,.This second time made it sound like it was no big deal but the bloody tracks around the kitchen and the living room say otherwise...

My babies love going there, they allways come out looking nice and clean, even my old dog loved going there and at home he hated baths. Love them girls. So loveable and friendly and kind to our babies.

I’m new to the area so this was my first time trying them. I read the reviews and felt good about bringing my fur baby there. Becky did a wonderful job with my extremely hyper little Yorkie. 10/10!!!! Job well done.

I drive from Houston to take my dog here because I trust them that much. Their prices are affordable in comparison and they always do a great job with my girl. I have never encountered an injury, but again, I think my dog is pretty cooperative.

Didn't have a good experience, hair cut was uneven and didn't do what I asked for. The lady who gave me my dog didn't want to let go of her until I paid for service(how do I suppose to inspect the work done?) and they didn't tell me over the phone that was cash only or check so I had to go get money at the ATM, she didn't want to let me in to get my dog like when I went to drop her off so she brought my dog outside, my dog had two scratches that looked fresh and since she had long hair I can't say 100% that it was them but they did cut her hair pretty short to have had scratch her. Their reviews looked pretty good that's why I took my dog in but I feel the responsibility to express my experience and let others know.

My dog is traumatized after going to that place, she doesn't stop shaking until she falls to the floor. it is not because it is the first time because I took it to others for 3 years every month

I take Foster to get groomed and he is already when I come back to pick him up. I'm always satisfied and so is he. He strut's when he knows he is clean and cute. He shows his pride.

I been taking my pets to this place for years but lately I've been noticing changes they are not high quality and caring their services has been very poor and and my pet comes back smelly and not cut properly very disappointed in overall service lately thinks it time to move on

Wasn't to please. I do about the same when I cut her hair. So why pay to have it done when I can do it myself. ?
