“We've stayed at the Chalet Inn in Groom Texas 5 times over the past 4 years. Every time has been a good experience. The hotel staff were professional, and pricing is reasonable. we've stayed here with our animals and without. Every room we have had was neat and clean. Don't get me wrong, it's not the Taj Mahal but for an older budget hotel you can't beat it. I've seen some of the other reviews and don't understand what they are talking about. I have never had a problem booking a room at all even at different times of the day or night. I've never had any problems with bugs or filthy rooms. So don't understand how those Reviewers came to that conclusion. We will continue to stop here during our travels and will definitely stay here again.”
