Anytime that I am in Groesbeck, TX....I always stop in the Grocery Store Brookshire's. This particular store is one that I truly enjoy shopping in. It is always clean, the produce is outstanding, the meat selection is superior and the dairy section is wonderful. You owe it to yourself to stop by.

Great store not many like these left unfortunately because everything is expensive however they do have buy 1 get 1 for a penny sales on STEAKS!!! And other items as well, so sometimes that extra dollar is well worth it because you can't find a better deal!!

1. I bought a sale food item that was clearly marked and ended up being charged a dollar more for it.2. My sister was trying to use her app. to take advantage of sales, and it was a technology nightmare to get it to work. A very nice young lady who works at Brookshires came to help her. After about 15 minutes, she was able to get it to work.3. I felt like these are sales only if you can catch the overcharge error on your own. My item, which was not a coupon sale item, should have been entered into their system if they were truly going to give you the sale. I noticed it in the car before I left the parking lot, but it was raining, so I didn't go back in. My sister said this kind of situation is common. We are going to choose another place to shop.

I still am having some problems in finding things. But the meats are fresh, the added fresh(frozen) catfish and salmon are very good. I wish the prices were better, but their sales and Tues specials for seniors are helpful.
