This Place is Great. I had to change Pharmacies because of Insurance and the whole thing was Really Easy. Everyone that works there was Very Helpful and Courteous. Not like the place I switched from.

This is literally the WORST pharmacy to deal with in the world I’m sure of it. After spending over an hour waiting in line the other day (after receiving a text my medicine was ready) it was not. I got another text today it was ready. My dr office accidentally sent one here and my others to my normal CVS. I went to pick it up and they claimed i already picked it up. Nope i didn’t bc after waiting over 30 min in the drive through earlier they’d lost my insurance information and did not have time to wait as I had somewhere to be 5 min later. Went back and it had been picked up. All on a Friday evening so I have to wait to call my dr office on Monday to try once again to get this rectified. Save yourself HOURS of time. Use a real pharmacy!! They were rude and incredibly inefficient.

I was a walk in for my first covid shot. After a short wait, Tracy the pharmacy tech gave me my shot. She had me completely at ease. I hate shots. I never felt the needle when she gave me the shot. So far my arm is barely sore after receiving the shot last night. Didn't get sore until the next day.

The Pharmacist REFUSED to fill my prescription that my doctor wrote for me today at my appointment. So, I had to go pick it up and take it to a different pharmacy to get filled. This was absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!! Go somewhere else!

So... my dad and I went to the meat section isle, and we were gonna get some steak fingers, but they didn't have any, the whole entire section was empty, so we had to get chicken strips. This store is always out of stock and need to learn how to get back in stock. I'm tired of this crappy service at this store. You guys have been here for 3 or 3 1/2 years, get yourself in gear people of the Walmart store or get a new freaking manager!!!!

Left my cart by an end cap of 4th of July items. Grabbed an item, turned around and cart was gone. Looked for several minutes and then asked an associate for help. Responses from two were "I don't know " the third tried- by telling me that often abandoned carts are brought to service desk. So I went there. The two women acted like they could care less. "Well it's no here" one said. I had to ask what help anyone would give me. Dead silence. I found a manager on my way to checkout. Israel. I explained and that was it. So I get across the store to checkout in garden and my ice cream is missing. So the associate who moved my cart also took away the ice cream. I asked for Israel. I got another co manager who I then had to tell the whole story to again. I demanded someone go get my missing items and bring them. They literally handed them to me and said nothing. Now I'm angry. I wasted 30 minutes after shopping for an hour. I told the auto manager who brought the ice cream, that I wanted Walmart to pay for it. He didn't charge me. Thank you for that. I live midway between two stores. I won't ever shop at this location again. It just would have been polite for anyone of these employees to act as if they cared about a problem they caused. Got home to realize they also took the chicken out of the cart. Seriously, the person who did this didn't think to just ask out " is this your cart?"
