I just want to say ZEROOOOOOOO STARS for the pharmacist sheetiva or whatever her name is. Very rude , does not know her pharmacy training & allows her employees to disrespect customers. As for Andrew the store manager is AMAZING!!! The pharmacy gave me the wrong medication and when you get the RX it’s already packaged so of course you can’t see it. I paid for it then opened it discovering it was incorrect. The pharmacist argued me up and down saying she can’t take it back as i was literally STILL standing in the pharmacy when I opened it. Her then employee William comes over and starts going off yelling saying he isn’t gonna take my prescription….Andrew helped me 100% got me a refund and switched it with the correct prescription he never once had a attitude or anything such an amazing man!!

My dentist sent a prescription to this pharmacy. When I arrived I was told they hadn't received the prescription. I left and called my dentist and was told the order was confirmed by the pharmacy. The office told me this happens often with this particular pharmacy. I went back and told them that the prescription order had been confirmed and was told again they didn't have it. Got it filled quickly at a different elsewhere.

I recently changed to Walgreens from another Pharmacy. And I've got say I'm very impressed with how efficient they are. From the phone to the drive-thru and everything in between. I highly recommend this them

This is the worst drugstore on the planet earth! The personnel in the pharmacy department are horrible! I went in the store after my drive thru incident and asked for the manager. Richard, said he was the manager but when I spoke to him about an incident we just experienced at the drive thru, he then said, “I’m not the manager”…when we inquired who his manager is, he actually said “I don’t know, Just call in the morning and ask for one!” CVS, WALMART, THE MEDICINE SHOP are much better, safer options! Don’t use Walgreens in Greenville, Tx. If you’re stuck on using Walgreens, use one of the ones in the Brookshires. They are polite and follow the Brookshires model for customer service!

This is the slowest pharmacy! Very rarely do they call the doctors for a refill. Very frustrating!!!

Love the employees here who consistently go out of their way for me. I have come to depend on my Greenville Walgreens. Huge thanks to Anna, Levi, Marwin, Andrew, Chad, Frank, and the rest of the gang who help make my life so much easier.

The lack of professionalism from the pharmacy is ridiculous. They initially refused to fill my prescription and then keep delaying it, yet get frustrated at me for following up on the medication I need. Atrocious.

Incredibly unprofessional. I was in the store before closing, aiming for a quick in and out trip. Heading to the register with items in hand, I was told the store was closed and she would not be checking my items out and insisted I leave. Working in retail myself, I have never ushered a guest out if they were in the store before close no matter how convenient that would be for myself and my plans. Glad I don't need to visit this location again.

Excellent service. Pharmacist was attentive, caring and patient (and RXs were filled quickly) Tech Marwin Punay is a Rockstar! Found a coupon that saved me hundreds without even being asked. Went above and beyond. Awesome experience and super friendly staff.
