“My 2012 Honda Civic was having electrical issues and I had already been turned away by a couple of shops saying they didn't want to touch it due to the nature of the issue. I didn't want to go to the Honda dealership due to the exorbitant costs associated with having any type of work done by them. I was referred to Garcia's by my manager. I called and was told that it would be a couple of weeks before they would be able to take a look at my car to do any sort of diagnosis. Not even a week went by and I received a call describing the issues with the car and the cost for the job. They finished the work in a day and I picked up the car a week later. Great work and excellent customer service.”
“If been to multiple mechanics and either it was the run around or fix everything but the problem. Bower knows how to diagnose the issue a lot better than most. I’ve had 2 motor swaps no issues 3 transmission rebuilds no issues, and other small issues taken care of It’s a honest company because if I did have a problem it’s shown with pictures and information on what might have happened. So when I say I treat this man like a barber I mean it. Good guy over all.”
