This store is always out of the wet food my cats eat. It's extremely frustrating as it's always out of stock and I am not able to use my rewards. By the time it's back in stock my rewards expire.

Great store. Can be expensive but they carry brands you can't find elsewhere except online. I especially like the selection of more natural, clean foods and I'll pay the price for the convenience when I don't want to wait on shipping. Plus, they have really good clearance deals. I pick up high quality foods for cheap at times. Friendly staff. Haven't used any of the extra services offered there, just the retail store.

I don't go to Petco often. This particular store located in Greenville, TX, is fairly small. They have a decent selection but seem a bit overpriced on most items.

The store and people in it are great. Sometimes short staffed but as long as you’re friendly, they don’t mind stopping in the middle of feeding ALL the animals, to help you out. Now…THE WEBSITE ??♀️ if I sign in to the account….i don’t want to have to verify myself TWICE just to check out my profile!! It also wanted me to save this 20 letter/number code in case I want to log in on a different device…THAT NAMES NO SENSE! I’ve never looked at my points due to it. No clue cuz if you don’t copy it and set it somewhere else, you can’t click the box and go forward.
