Very shiesty! Anyone that uses an ebt card he charges tax and isn't supposed to! . When I seen it and asked him about it, he stated that people have to speak with the owner about that issue. I told him also he wasnt supposed to be asking people for their pin so he can swipe the amount that he knew was incorrect! Buyers beware..know your laws and protect your privacy!
