My family and I received the best service from Jessica today!! She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions we had about purchasing our new device!! I wish I had that type of service everywhere I went!!

Low class employee( birthday date neck tat girl ?) lied and tried to scam me when activating phone that had existing number with metro. I went to the metro in downtown Greenville and the girl was nice and very helpful go there instead people

Great in helping us get a new phone but the lady added a screen protector and charged me for it WITHOUT my knowledge or consent. Unfortunately I didn't notice until a few days later when speaking with customer service on the phone and they couldn't do anything.Over $20 for a screen protector is outrageous, I never have bought one from them before.Please make sure you know what they are charging you for before you pay or they might sneak something in without you knowing too!

Got the new iPhone 14 for there was the only place that had it love the phone in the service the ladies that work there are great!
