I called in to discuss options for repair.Don't know if the Don't know of the other person in the accident's insurance is paying for things but are still Needing an estimate and they told me they will not see me or my vehicle without an order for an estimate from either insurance company.
They were rude.Not 1 bit friendly.Had no sense of personality just dry They acted like they didn't want my business weren't going to take my business, even if I'd been paying cash.It didn't matter typical greenville , texas

Absolutely the easiest process I have ever gone through....I was kept very well informed throughout the entire time they had my car and they dealt with everything pertaining to the other parties insurance. I would definitely go back.

Very satisfied with my experience with Joe Hudson’s collision. Vehicle was returned ahead of the estimated date to complete the repairs. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. No surprises, paper work was ready, was in and out in less than 30 minutes, including inspecting the repairs with my representative. Everyone was pleasant and polite.
