“Randy in the garden center gave the best service I’ve had in a while. My wife and I had very full flat carts and he insisted on pushing hers for her. He showed up at our truck and help to load all of the products with another associate, John who was equally as eager to help. Couldn’t have done a better job making us feel appreciated as customers.
