Actually some of their workers do do their job well but the reality is that they are the lowest, their prices are high for the quality of their service and their manager is an arrogant person who doesn't know how to treat clients. I don't recommend it at all. I won't be back yet. it was free???

Normally I wouldn’t post but this was a gift for my wife from our daughter for Mother’s Day. The interior of the vehicle doesn’t look much different than before they got there. The carpet is/looks cleaner than before. Overall, I would have done a better job wiping down the interior. My daughter paid for a $37 car wash. I recommended they go there. We will never be back.

I thought this establishment was associated with Hacienda car wash in Rockwall. It is most definitely NOT. I pulled in to get full service. The lady ignored me for a little while. When she finally greeted me. I tell what I want. She said well you can have your car washed but only our members can have the inside of their car cleaned out . There isn’t any room to turn around if you change your mind. I don’t appreciate being ignored, I won’t be back. It was a total waste of my time. There is a Hacienda full service car wash in Rockwall, Texas it’s EXCELLENT!! I won’t waste my time in Greenville. Smittys also will not clean your interior. You have to do it yourself. No point in going to Greenville. I wasted my time and gas . UPDATE. Calling the owner doesn’t change anything. My car wasn’t washed that day because I wasn’t a MEMBER according to the lady with the mud flap haircut and thick heavy gold chains . According to that lady you must be a member to have your car washed inside and outside!!!!!’ I’ll travel to Rockwall thanks. Once bitten twice shy.

TERRIBLE CAR WASH. When they say the wash is complete and you find they missed some cleaning. When I pointed it out to them and then the manager the manager does not care. I WILL NEVER Go back.
BEWARE!!!! MANAGER is horrible tells you to move on and refuses to even give his name. I paid for a full service never got inside done nor parts of the out side completed. Windows were not cleaned.

Trash! Never coming here again. You would think for spending $32 one could at least get their moneys worth. Feb. 15th I got a wash and when I went across the street I noticed so many spots that were left out when in the drying area, and my wheels which is part of the package I paid for were not clean. I drove back and the younger caucasian guy apologized and started cleaning the spots and the wheels on his side. The older Hispanic guy said(in Spanish) "we don't clean wheels, we haven't clean wheels in a long time" unbelievably I went to the cashier and she told me she would take care of it as soon as she was free however when I returned with my vehicle to the drying area as she requested, the Hispanic guy went inside and the younger kid went ahead and took responsibility and cleaned the other side of the wheels. I left satisfied but I will never return again. Today I paid for half the price at Smitty's down the road, cleaner vehicle and less headache. No need to respond, I won't be ever returning.
