We have been bringing both of our fur babies here for over a year. When our little girl Scarlett had parvo they took very good care of her and kept us updated twice a day via phone. Both of our dogs LOVE coming to the vet and I always feel more than comfortable trusting them from a broken toe to a yearly checkup .

Very warm and caring atmosphere. Everyone showed caring, love and thoughtfulness to our furr-baby. He was nervous going in, but was comfortable after a short time.

Unexpected pregnancy and she is due soon.
I call and explain I have a pregnant 3 year old dog I don't know when she got pregnant or when she is due but she is showing. I ask if they can perform a spay surgery and if so what the price would be the lady replied yes they can and do perform the surgery and gave me a low estimate of 685$ and a high estimate of 785$. The next day I go get a loan and set an appointment for an exam and to schedule the spay. 2 days later I go to the appointment the assistant is very nice and caring of my girl and comments on her weight being lucky numbers as she goes to get the vet. The vet who tells me he does these procedures on dogs all the time and there's nothing to worry about. He then tells me he's going to send in the price with the assistant I informed him I have 2 estimates the high end being 785$ the vet replied let me check and that it might not be that much that made me less stressed. The assistant comes in and now the low estimate is 1150$ and high 1250$. I tell her thats 400$ more then the high price i was quoted and there is no way I can pay that. Nothing has changed in the 2 days still 3 year old dog still pregnant for unknown time why is the price diffrent She kindly said she'd asked the vet. She left the room and asked the lady vet if they would honor their original quote stating that my dog is lucky due to her weight the lady vet said she's not to lucky she's here to get spay. Assistant came back in and said sorry the vet wont i said thank you paid my bill and left. Bottom line they got me there seen I was in a pickle and tried to exploit my situation for there profit.

I am new to Greenville Animal Hospital however, they are the original vet that has my new dog’s history. The staff was friendly and very helpful with my questions and concerns when I took my dog in for all his shots. Great job!

A unfortunate event happens where I had to take my cat in to get a fish hook removed from my cat’s paw and I have to say from start to finished I could not ask for better care. The Vet was amazing and I love his down to earth personality he made me feel like i came to right spot! I also want to give a thanks to the vet technician! She was amazing I wish I got her name she went the extra mile to help me out, she even provided a pet taxi for my cat for me to safely get my baby home for me
to return another day. Good job guys. I know where I’m going if I ever have another pet emergency. I highly recommend 10/10

For the Record:
I certainly do not enjoy posting this, but I hope it helps these people change they way they treat their customers, and I hope it helps people and their pets who visit this place.
I’m glad I only have to go once a year to any vet because I want nothing to be wrong with my dogs, but I’m certainly glad I’m moving from this town because some business owners here seem to think they’re the only business on the block, which most times, they kind of are. It doesn’t mean a business owner should treat customers like garbage. I went here once before and stopped going because they seemed smart-aleck and unprofessional, but I had to go in this one last time before moving, hoping they had gained character, despite the previous visit.
The husband and wife duo that own this vet clinic are less than courteous. Seems profit over services rendered, are the reality here.
All the other vet techs seem okay, just seem to be under the duo’s thumb. The wife vet on this last visit was just obnoxious. She was really being rude and I’ll have to skip a bunch of the rude things she said for several reasons which start with; she knows already; I have a limited character count for this review, and my Christian beliefs stop me from completely airing her dirty laundry.
More importantly, I’m here to deliver information to you. So, they get you in this room with your dogs solely for the purpose to up-sell you. I tried to just overlook it, but there were a few other smart remarks and then I said, “can we just do what we agreed on over the phone and quit trying to add on stuff?”
A bit later, the husband came in alone and said he was going to give me a great examination for my dogs. I was like, ‘okay, she’s told him about our little talk.’ I just sat there. He talked to me about my dogs and trying to add in things that they might need and I said look, “I’d just like to get this done, please” Then he became rude as well, taking up for his wife without even asking what she had said to me. He kept insinuating that I would never come back by asking if the dogs needed other visits that they would be OK with me not bringing them in for. I finally said, “look I’m not coming back, don’t worry about that.” He said, “Oh, I know you’re not coming back because we don’t want you to.”
He kept talking. “Are we done?” I said. “Can I please go?” He then stood there at the door like we were going to fight or something. He waited for me to approach him. I didn’t. I’m 6 foot 6 and he acts like he’s some kind of threat to me. I’m certain he must have realized I was above that when my reaction was to take my dogs up and approach the opposite door. Not he nor his wifey that starts all the trouble and then runs to him for protection were going to make me lower my morals in this life
To add insult, I had to leave $1,124 lighter in my bank account, not really even understanding what I had just paid for. Horrible treatment of me, but on the positive side, slightly better treatment to my dogs, thank the Lord. I don’t recommend this place for any reason whatsoever.

Took my dog in to get checked out for multiple things, mainly his allergies. After meeting with Dr.Judd, he checked ears and heart beat, said he had an ear infection and left abruptly. He was ignoring my questions and concerns. Assistant came back with the bill and the same medicine I was already giving my dog, which is why I came in to get him checked because it wasn’t working. I told her I wasn’t sure how I wanted to treat his allergies yet and did not know anything about the medicine she was trying to give me, and that I still had more questions for the Doctor. I initially called to ask what other options were available. I was told allergy shot, pills, or steroids to treat his allergies, so I told the assistant that and she replied with “well you shouldn’t listen to the reception, she does not know what she is talking about”. Doctor comes back, sounded irritated, made me feel as if I was asking too much of him. He checks everything I had asked him about but made the appointment feel uncomfortable. I have taken my dogs here multiple times, but this time I did not feel as if my dog was taken care of or of any importance to the doctor. Reading previous reviews it sounds like Dr.Judd is also this way with other clients. My previous appointments have been with Dr. Cox, and it was definitely a different experience. He would try his best to make my dog feel comfortable and was very helpful with advice and answered all my questions. I am very disappointed my appointment went this way and would recommend that people seek out Dr.Cox as he is an amazing doctor.
