I took my truck 2001 F250 7.3 in because I was having a hard start. Eric the owner told me he didn't work on 7.3 anymore. Nice way of saying it was to old. Then he took a look at my truck and said we will make exceptions in your because it is so clean. You just need to make an appointment and we will keep it overnight. So a few weeks go by. I put a new starter in and had trouble starting it the next day I called,made an appointment and AAA towed it in. I said I needed a diagnostic done. This started with the tow pkg relay that I replaced. Could you start there. He then calls me up saying Why did you bring your truck here? I tell him about our previous conversation and he says that's back when business was slow. I said that's not what you said then. They keep it all week then he calls me and said whoever was working on your truck was stupid all we did was clean the battery terminals and that will be 150. I asked his mechanic to send me a copy of the diagnostic when AAA brought it home because I didn't have a ride to pick it up. Truck arrives with a receipt that only said hard start 150 . Here it is 6 weeks later same thing. Batteries are new ,a year old.225 bucks each from Firestone.I call Eric and he says take it somewhere else. I asked him why he charged me 150 bucks for cleaning terminals. He proceeded to tell me do know what it costs to have a quarter million dollar business and pay bills. I replied yes I do I had a 4 bay brake and tire business in 1986 worth that then,had 4 mechanics and I sold cars in Roseville Auto Mall for 25 years and never would have charged 150 bucks for a jump start!

guy wanted $450 just to tell me what was wrong with my truck. he just didn’t seem confident that he could fix it and was wiling to take money from me. kind of has a bad attitude about him too. I just decided to take it to the dealership. They on charged $250 for the diagnostic. I supposed taking to the dealership isn’t always more expensive.

My 2012 Honda Civic was having electrical issues and I had already been turned away by a couple of shops saying they didn't want to touch it due to the nature of the issue. I didn't want to go to the Honda dealership due to the exorbitant costs associated with having any type of work done by them. I was referred to Garcia's by my manager. I called and was told that it would be a couple of weeks before they would be able to take a look at my car to do any sort of diagnosis. Not even a week went by and I received a call describing the issues with the car and the cost for the job. They finished the work in a day and I picked up the car a week later. Great work and excellent customer service.

Eric is a great guy, problem is he doesn't do the work. I tried to explain my not stock at all mustang was running hot my heads were up to 220 degrees after sitting still 10 minutes. Well whoever worked on it simply looked at the idiot Guage for stock ecoboost Mustangs and let it idle for 3 hours, pronounced it fixed.400.00$ I head it idled for 3 hrs I can only imagine the temperature my head reached, so I drove it home, still overheating plus my turbocharger is fried ,I haven't had the heart to even pop the hood to see what else damage has been done to my baby. Lesson learned, do your homework people.

These dude's know there stuff! I have an F250 diesel coolant leak, and we all know how hard it is to work on diesel engines they made it look simple. Reasonable priced ......these guys know their stuff. 10 Star in my book

Truthfully, and I know a lot of disgruntled people say this line, if I could give negative stars I would. We came in for very routine things; an oil change, tire rotation, and to change the front breaks. We got a call, said and your employee told us that y'all had broken a fold but it wasn't your fault because the people who had worked on it before had put it on wrong. We informed that employee that Garcia Automotive was the last to touch our breaks or tires, and after he checked all he had to say was "oh." Professional, right? So the job that should've taken a couple of hours was now going to take over a day because you had to order the part. Lovely. Not only do I have to walk home from work the next day, I had to leave early because you couldn't give us an accurate time to come pick it up. We had to call y'all for an update. Now, we go to pick up our car only to be told that "it was broken when we brought it in", meaning that we had to pay for it and for the labor. So, who there at Garcia Automotive is a liar? The person who told us that you broke it trying to get it off or the person saying it was broken when we brought it in. They say their goal is to offer affordable automotive car preformed by highly trained technicians. They should work on that more because they are NOT highly trained. They've also almost stripped one of my lug nuts. So thanks. I will be filing with The Better Business Bureau as well.Services: Tire rotations

I had these guys put a DEF HEATER Andy sensor in my F-350 Ford. The price was great. The work was better than the dealer. The service requested was the best price and quality was great. The team here is professional. Truck was completed as promised. I will come back here again.
