Went into the store around opening hour so near 11 am. I was looking for some kontrol freeks for a Playstation 5 controller. The gentlemen at the counter asked if there was anything he could help me find. I said yes and told him what I wanted. He simply pointed toward where they would be. Honestly it was only mildly upsetting but he could have taken a look on his computer and given me a yes or a no. Maybe helped me look for the item. I was the only person in the store at the time. Not having the item minus 1 star and bad employee interaction minus 1 star. Base star rating of 3 is now 1.

Went in yesterday and had one of the best store experiences I've ever had. The manager was incredibly nice (I believe she might've been a temporary manager), and was really cool about my many questions. There was a really positive and fun vibe, and it really made my day.(Also thanks for letting me try to hang up one of those toys on the ceiling lol. Definitely something I won't forget)

Pleasant experience. The location is tucked right in the middle of a Chickfila, (Wth?) and due to their traffic completely blocking the front, I had to park at the hardware store in the back.

Came in around 6:45 today getting a refurbished oled switch. The younger gentleman with a higher voice obviously wanting to go home. I was discussing with my husband about purchasing the oled and if I really wanted it. He asked if we needed anything and when we didn’t respond he said it louder. So I told him what I wanted and he obviously seemed like he wanted to leave. He got the switch for me. Cool no problem. We got to the part where I needed to sign and I tried using the pen for the reader and he got aggressive and said just use your finger. Okay… we were starting to walk towards the door and next thing you know he shut the lights off on us? Extremely rude. I’ll be back tomorrow because the switch is DIRTY and disgusting.

Been going here for years, honestly the gamestop is decent, has a little bit of everything. Employees are good, (depending on which ones are there )Giving this place a 3 star because lately these past 6 month's it has been completely horrible. Like nothing gets stocked I been going in like once a week, and everything still feels the same. I tied to ask them dont yall ever get new stuff in ( switch games in exact ) they told me we could request new stocks but they honestly looked like they could care less.... I use to go there way more than once a week but it rarely has anything new. I hope someone else feels the same way as I do.

Walked into the store fully intending on buying our kids a game to share. The guy was nice at first, very knowledgeable. Then every time the door would open, he would leave us to go help whoever just walked in. Did it three times and neglected us each time. We spent 30-40 minutes in the store and he never finished helping us. We walked out in frustration. This store lost our business for sure

Not really one to leave a review but this one sucks. I showed up at 5:30 with my kid whose birthday is tomorrow. We have bought a new game for the past 3 years (he’s 5), at this store. Both doors were locked and no one was inside, all the lights including the “open” light was on. After pulling on the door multiple times and knocking on the window we left. Then as we are pulling away, my 5 yr old begins to cry. He was very upset obviously, it’s a tradition for him. Not a very good way to run a business!
