“I had originally called the Paris store to place my order and they didn’t seem like they wanted to help me very much right from the beginning and they they told me they would have to call me back an hour later they called and told me the item I wanted was out of stock…I told them it showed available…the lady said well I don’t know it’s not available…. Called the Greenville location and Deana got to work immediately, five minutes later she called me back and said there are 9 left, they are in MS let me see if I can’t get it for you and SHE DID!!! that’s what you call customer service and that’s how you gain a repeat customer THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF ME”
“I am in LOVE with this store!!! This is literally my new favorite store. Never ending beautiful western home decor I have ever seen. Not just the store is absolutely amazing but the customer service and the outstanding hospitality that comes with shopping here. I didn’t get the name of the awesome lady that owns the store but she is the best and made me feel so welcome and was VERY helpful when it came to helping me find things for my new home.
