I recently visited Greenville Hardware Store and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and support provided by their staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and friendliness. The workers there are undoubtedly the best I've encountered. Their knowledge about the products and willingness to assist customers was truly commendable. Whether I had questions about a specific tool or needed advice on a DIY project, they were always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile. Their patience and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit.

A rare place. An actual old school family hardware store. The kind I remember going to with my grandpa as a kid. Perfect place if you need actual hardware without the big box store headaches. The do glass here as well. Got a piece custom cut and was in and out in 20 minutes. The people were the epitomy of southern hospitality. You should support this local business.

Went there to get a appointment for them to come out for a glass shower door. The person we spoke to was ver unfriendly snd told us to call when we were ready so we did and he told us he would be able to come out on a Thursday Well that didn’t happen When we called he told us they were too busy and it would be the next Thursday so we waited and they called to tell us they couldn’t come out u til afternoon that day.We waited 2 weeks and they could not give a time do we got someone else for the job. Thanks for nothing and rudeness during tat 2 weeks. Just lost a customer and a $1500.00 job! Horrible customer service!

They were able to cut me a new transponder key and program it to my truck in about 30 minutes. None of the GM dealers in town even carried the blank to do it. Friendly people and the way I remember hardware stores being before the big boxes came along.

I asked when this business could get started with the process of fixing my glass after they checked my business glass door the guy gave me a price and I agreed and told him I’d like to start as soon as possible and then when I called a few days later asking when we could start another guy said no they couldn’t do it because he was the only one working and the guy should’ve never told me that and that he’s booked for months. Then he recommended me someone else but I told him I didn’t mind being put on the waiting list and the guy he recommended was way over priced and he said oh well we charge the same and I was like noo because his co worker had already gave me a price when he checked on my glass door . Then he said to call back again a week later after he talked to his co worker and I did and he ended up just saying no he couldn’t do it and hung up on me while I was trying to talk . Overall horrible attitude and soo Unprofessional .
