Good price for quality tires. Appointment was easy and service was fast. I left he parking lot and drove about a quarter mile and my pressure sensors said that the tires were at 43, 41, 40, and 36 lbs. My car is rated for 35, so I returned to have them fix it. I told the sales guy and he told me my reasons were wrong and that I would really need to drive it 10-15 minutes before they are accurate. I told him I had no plan to drive that far, and that I wanted them to check the pressures. He reluctantly agreed. He had to release air from each tire, bringing them down to the right pressure, and before he could stand up the pressures were already adjusted on my dash. 1) They way overfilled several tires, and 2) he gave me a blowoff answer hoping I would drive away rather than just simply checking them.

I bought one pair of tires there at a time for budget purposes. The first pair I bought everything went smooth. However, last week I purchased another pair and a few days later my tire sensor came on. I checked the tire pressure in the new tires and the reading showed adequate. I called on Saturday to inquire and see if Discount Tire might help since I haven’t had the problem before till I bought the new tires. I spoke with Robert over the phone and he was most unhelpful and said that it wasn’t their issue. I asked if they could check the tire pressure to make sure the tires were fine and he agreed but offered nothing to help the situation. Upon further research on my end, cars with an indirect tire sensor must have the cache cleared by recalibrating multiple times before driving the vehicle. My tire sensor had yet to give any other issues. This kind of information should be common knowledge for tire industry workers but not at Discount Tire. The tire work was satisfactory but the customer service was horrendous.

Amazing customer service!! Blew out two tires and split the wheels from a trailer ramp that was left on the highway (was not the only person who ran over it lol) on a road trip and got towed here. They did everything possible to make sure my car got fixed within a couple hours so we could get back on the road!

Went to Discount Tire after waiting at Walmart to have my tire light checked. Waited 15 min. with no one to even check on us. I had bought my set of tires only 2 months before from wal mart. Discount took care of me right away. Just can't say enough for their customer service.

If you want a fast tire rotation and balancing, schedule your appointment online for the very end of the day. What typically has me waiting 30-45 minutes was done in under 10.

I called the store 10 minutes before closing on a weekday and the manager was able to stay open to help me get my flat tire repaired, but actually needed a full replacement based on location of the damage.. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Best service at this location than any I have had in my 24 years as a Discount Tire company customer.

Ranson was a gentleman, he got us in and out! The only thing that would have been better is if we would have actually received a text that our car was ready like we were supposed to, but that's ok, still a great experience!
