The Willinghams and all of the staff are great! The shop came recommended to me when I first moved to this area, and they have not disappointed. The folks at the desk are always friendly and take their time to explain everything. Every service my vehicles have been through has been spot on. If there is ever a problem, they work quickly to rectify it fully.

The service is very good. They had me in and out in about an hour, and it was very busy. It would be nice if the price of tires would come down a bit.

Good service but about $50 more per tire than Walmart for same tire same size. $28.99 per tire for mount and balance on new tire

have been an oil change customer for many years. They check the tire pressure as part of the Oil Change. Until recently they would always check my tires between oil changes. Now they send me to the extremely busy adjacent tire shop even when the have no cars to work on. I inquired as to why the policy changed as it makes no sense to me why I should go to another location when the employees are idle. Tire Store/Oil Change Owner was impatient and short tempered. I will not to business with him ever again!

This has been our go to place for tires for 15+ years. There were only 3 tires in stock yesterday, but I don't mind stopping by again to get the rest put on. We brought in a new to us truck for the first time and the guys took the time to explain how the lug nut caps were warped and while still usable should be switched out for solid lug nuts instead when we get the chance.
