Since I've been with them and still making payments on the car,They have been very helpful anytime I had an issue with the car and also were able to negotiate payments when financially in a struggle. They will try to help as long you are straight forward and constant on your payment.

IF I COULD CHOOSE NEGATIVE STARS I SURE WOULD!!!If you are looking for a good reliable car, with a company who has great communication skills with amazing customer service GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.If you want to be sold a LEMON and have the owner refuse to help you or take responsibility; then go for this company.My husband leased a car through this company, and after driving the car for THREE WEEKS several things came up wrong. Out of our own pocket, we fixed some of the issues but when we were unable to fix one of the issues we reached out to the owner. The owner took the car to his mechanic where it stayed for OVER THREE MONTHS. During the several months without a vehicle we spent THOUSANDS on a rental car to get to and from work. During those months, the owner was IMPOSSIBLE to reach for updates regarding the car and we had to reach out to the mechanic directly. When the issue was finally found, the owner decided he did not want to fix the issue. The owner also did not want to give us our down payment back for the car THAT WE WERE ONLY ABLE TO DRIVE FOR A TOTAL OF A WEEK BEFORE IT WAS TOO BROKEN TO DRIVE!! The owner then told us he would be willing to wipe the slate clean with the LEMON CAR and put us into another car WITH ANOTHER DOWN PAYMENT. He refused to take the down payment we put on the LEMON CAR to put down on a car we could drive. The owner has TERRIBLE communication skills and is TERRIBLE to do business with. We spent HUNDREDS fixing things on the car that any DECENT car dealership would’ve fixed.Please save yourself some headache and heartache and do business with someone else.

Went there to go buy buy a car. No one came and talked to us. The only sales person that I saw was a Hispanic female. She only talked to some Hispanic people and black people. So they lost our service.

Great cars but I felt like I was discriminated against cause of my age... I'm 20 and trying to start life.. I have a great full time job & wanted to finance a Vehicle.. thats all.. but it's ok The Vehicle I planned on purchasing is gone.. my mum has buyed several cars from hector so I just wanted to try them out... I bet if he was at the dealership that day he would of let me finance it.. Note: legal age to finance a vehicle in TX is 18 & up ... Hints : I'm 20... I'm just very Perplexed on there policy ! ??♂️

Good guy but he does sell used cars and as everybody knows you have to be careful used cars but I do know for a fact from a friend who bought a car that one right that he allowed him to turn down for another one so seems like a pretty good fellow
