Walked in there and nowbody was in there , hung around bout 5 mins . Nothin! When i left i could all there employees hanging out smokin or what ever they were doing . They just looked at me as i was leaving ! Good to see they dont need the buisness! Went down the road to Elliots in Greenville and they couldn't do enough to help me! I wish i would've went there first!

Went in to order some lights for my remodel. Manager checked to make sure she could order them, said she could, I said great. She said we will get those on order, and call you as soon as they come in. Over a week later I called to check on the order, they would have to call me back. No phone call. Two days later I called back, manager was out, she'll call you back tomorrow. Next day, no call, so I called back. Manager would have to check and call me back. Had a minion call me back later after she left. Price was _literally_ twice what I can buy them for on the Internet. They did NOT order my lights. They did NOT call. They did NOT do ANYTHING that would lead me to believe they have ANY DESIRE TO STAY IN BUSINESS. So now I am two weeks behind schedule, scrambling for what to do. This after the first time when they were SPECTACULARLY unhelpful before, and told me to come back when I was ready to buy. While they MIGHT be of use for something they have in stock (if you can't wait 3 days to save half the cost), take your money across town to Elliott Electric, where they at least have the courtesy to call people back and actually order things for you. I would not suggest that anyone set foot in this establishment for any purpose, ever.
