We went to Crossroads for a 2nd opinion in regards to our dog needing a $3000. Surgery. Turns out the mass was resolved and Edward needed no surgery. Will continue to use this clinic as the staff was awesome and our vet explained everything in more detail. During our visit it was found that he has a heart murmur ( never told this from other vet) she explained the seriousness of this for an older dog. Gave us instructions on how to count his respirations and other things to be aware of with an older dog and a heart murmur! Thanks for your openness and honesty!

These folks have gone above and beyond taking care of our dog. They have accommodated us, provided excellent care, always help us get the best deal, and have competitive pricing.

We've been taking our dogs here for a few visits now. They've also boarded here a couple times. Each time the staff has been friendly and professional. Their prices are in line with others in the area and we've been happy with them so far. I do wish they had pickup and drop off on the weekend for kenneling because they don't currently.

I've been taking my pets here for 5 years now. My dogs love them! The vets and vet techs are so good with them!
Dr. Kimberlyn is straight forward and honest with the dogs health conditions. I've never felt like she's recommended surgery or medicine that wasn't necessary. Prices are reasonable.
I would highly recommend anyone to take their dogs here.

The staff were great with my very scared chocolate lab. Their prices are a lot better than another vet in Greenville. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

We are new patients here and are very pleased with the cleanliness & also being able to get a room quickly. At our old vet, we’d have to wait forever to get a waiting room. Hope (phlebotomist) who had to draw our dogs blood is awesome. Most of the times they have to poke our boy Spock several times to draw blood. Hope is so good, she gets it fast and on the 1st time. Dr. Katie Kimberlin answered all my questions and I never felt “rushed” by her. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet.
