We had a great experience here. My husband needed work boots but wasn’t sure what to get. Andy was so helpful and knowledgeable, and helped us find the perfect fit. He, and everyone else we encountered, was so friendly.

Seems as no employees wanted to offer assistance just a hello no thank you for shopping cavenders and the company I work for made me go to this store and buy and I’ll never go back no service no help everyone wanted to be upfront and be laughing shooting the breeze

We went to the Cavenders in Greenville and they had the doors locked at 7;45 even tho the sign said they closed at 8

Just plain rude. I asked where the foot sizer was, one young lady pointed vaguely in a direction. So, I'm looking on the floor for it, she informed me that it was hanging. I found it and began to use it, when another young lady came up and told me I had the the one for ladies. She handed me the men's and as I was using it said, "Do you need some help?" I said no, because I know how to measure my foot and pick a pair of boots. She said, "Are you sure? Because you seem confused." I left and will never set foot in another Cavender's.

Bought a hat a year ago and didn't get a chance to get it style and crease. So. As I walked in, he was greeted friendly. The gentleman was friendly and helpful and was addressed as I left. I did call beforehand hand and whoever answered was not sure about what I was asking about the service.

Good help. Checkout lady was chipper untill another girl came up and then she had a sadness. It's going to be ok. Deep breath.

If I could leave a negative I would. Worst store ever. Visiting family and deciding to go to explore and visit. Walked in and started getting followed and profiled. We were recorded and accused of stealing which was farrr from the case. Worst store in texas.
