Had my 2021 Camaro serviced here and they were great. Bought a 2022 Silverado from them and it was a quick in and out, no issues. I had my own financing, signed paperwork and on my way. Gave me much more than other offers for my trade.

I have been a loyal Chevrolet customer for over 43 years. I have been to dealerships all over the country for purchases and most importantly for service. I must give acknowledgement and praise to this dealership. Their service department is above and beyond the expectations we have as a customer. They are professional, courteous, respectful and most of all ethical. No unnecessary service tactics. They are in constant communication with you keeping you updated as to your vehicles progress, problems and suggested resolutions. They are professional when having to interface with outside vendors or fellow service departments, in-state or out of state. Their service reps, mechanic technicians and overall staff are trained well to maintain their customers. They truly go the extra effort to make sure you are a valued customer. I go from California to Greenvile for servicing of my vehicle. I purchased my truck there and it's obvious, that great service deserves loyalty. Special thanks to JB the service manager and Mr. Flores my service rep., for a job well done!

I love Britian Chevy....I am a single lady that needed a place I can count on to take care of my car and NOT cost me an arm & leg....the service department always keeps me rolling down the road, safely and confident that my car is safe.By the way, I bought my car from Britian and they too care as much for my well being. I will stay with Britian until they don't take care of this single lady!

If you had your oil changed here please be careful. Our 2018 tahoe oil was changed and the wife and kids had to pull over. Was 4qts low, half the oil not put back in. Never had an issue with Thai dealer before. Wife and child took our vehicle in for service. Not a single employee wearing masks. I understand some folks don't want to do their part like the rest, that's your right. A business associated with a company such as GM this was a bit shocking.
