I walked in and did a return from my big lots credit card then spoke to a cashier about my 15$ reward being expired that was not suppose to expire untill 4-11-2024 the cashier then spoke to another cashier saying that was not the first time they came across this situation recently. So one of the cashiers said we will push it threw when you check out .i preceded to shop when i was ready to check out with my big lots credit card it became a problem and the manager was unsure how to fix the situation it was takeing so long that I could not even make my purchase I had to leave my stuff. Very disappointed ?
