Why am I being asked for a review BEFORE I have received the product I have spent $$ on? Have not had any follow up a week after I ordered on a delivery date. Happy to post great reviews after receiving product and service I have received not before. Just like tipping before I’ve eaten. Not cool.

I had originally called the Paris store to place my order and they didn’t seem like they wanted to help me very much right from the beginning and they they told me they would have to call me back an hour later they called and told me the item I wanted was out of stock…I told them it showed available…the lady said well I don’t know it’s not available…. Called the Greenville location and Deana got to work immediately, five minutes later she called me back and said there are 9 left, they are in MS let me see if I can’t get it for you and SHE DID!!! that’s what you call customer service and that’s how you gain a repeat customer THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF ME

Going into this Ashley store was the best experience I have ever had shopping for furniture. Bre, my associate, was the best! She was so very helpful. I had so much fun running around the store looking for what I wanted. Best Experience EVER!!

Ordered a power loveseat recliner that Ashley had to order. When it came in they called and we went to pick it up. Got home unboxed and it was manual. Called to let them know and they were going to let us keep it to use until the correct one came in but we didn’t take them up on their offer. When it came in we were out of town and went to pickup it on Monday. They don’t do pickups on Monday which we didn’t know and wanted to know if we could come back the next day. The guy that works there was in the store on his day off with his wife. He offered to pull the order and load it for us. Thank you so much for taking your time off with your wife to pull and load for us. We greatly appreciate it.
