Wow! Their customer service and quickness on my face acne prescription was so easy and quick. They went out of their way to make sure I could afford a prescription that is retail for almost $2K. I needed the brand rather than generic because generic didn’t work for me. I am extremely grateful for their assistance on my special needs. I have been battling this for years since covid. Most insurance companies are skimping on covering brand-name face prescriptions, and the generic product does nothing besides dry my face out.

This company goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They have always found rebates or discounts available, even when I didn’t know about them. They answer their phone quickly every time and it’s always easy to speak to an employee or even the pharmacist. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy!

I think these people have a kickback with their doctors. Dermatologists pushed us to use them. Terrible service. They doubled the price after initial start. I tried to discuss with supervisor and she pretended she couldn't hear me and hung up. Push your providers to use who YOU want - not fill their pockets.
