“I came to the mall looking for some new clothes, I had gone to a couple of stores where I was not greeted or even asked if I needed help with anything. Shopping makes me anxious. I went to buckle and was immediately greeted by Justin. I know a lot of people prefer not to be talked to while they shop but I truly needed some help and I didn’t even have to ask here. trace and another young lady helped me ( I want to say her name was Shannon?, sorry if you’re reading this, I can’t remember)They were so friendly and helpful and it really turned my shopping trip around for the better. “Love this place! Happened upon it while checking out Grapevine now I want to go out there just to shop. We purchased several items on the clearance rack and other items off of that rack because we saved so much. I've received so many compliments on the dresses, blouses and jewelry from all ages of women. Totally my style of hippie chic and sexy bohemian. The cashier Sara was a sweetheart too, kind and helpful.”
“This store is well stocked. Although it's a little cramped in there everything is well organized and well displayed. They saleswoman are helpful and nice. They explain they promotions well. There is plenty to choose from from casual to dressy, business and night out on the town. I also found spanx there which I was excited about however, there is not discount on those. They do have promotions if you have torrid points. They have fun accessories. You can try on before you buy. Good location!”
“Love this place. Every van style you can think up is in this place. The store is spacious.it is well lit. The aisles are not cluttered. Everything is in order. The store is also clean and smells good. The workers are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of styles, patterns, to choose from. The offer is buy one get one with an orange tag half off. Good place to go if you love vans. They have apparel as well .”

I got it as a birthday gift and it was the wrong size. The person I assumed to be the manager was the main person I had this experience with. His name is Austin and he might be the most unhelpful individual I’ve ever encountered in customer service. He refused to take my return and said there was nothing he could do. Austin is definitely hurting the potential of this business.”
