Instead of worrying about the worker that was very nice and helpful. You should worry about what you look like when your hair dresser moves your appointment and you have to work! She has a disability anyway it’s rude to down another person and the company allows you to. How would you feel? That girl was upset seeing this ugly review from an ugly person. The one disappointment is you!!!! You must’ve been a bully in school!!

Small store, limited availability of items, rude staff, torn items for full price and the staff isn't dressed appropriately (no bra w/ nips showing through the shirt and unkept hair). Very disappointed with my experience here.

Horrible customer service, I needed to return something I purchased a while back and handed it to a lady that looked like she might be the supervisor and she rudely handed back my dress almost throwing it at me and said "I can't take this!" what store doesn't do returns never buying anything from this store again.

The selection of dresses here is incredible. If you're needing a (prom, wedding, anniversary, etc.) dress, definitely stop by this store!

The manager at the Grapevine location was incredibly rude and leads her team poorly. There was an obvious lack of organization proven by the long lines and amount of unattended customers. You can only blame the employees to a certain extent but it truly all boils down to the person who is leading them. I didn’t get the managers name but she was long faced and older appearing. If it wasn’t for the procrastination of female teens for their black tie events or the spicy night club goers this store would cease to profit! GO TO SHEIN ITS CHEAPER FOR THE SAME STUFF AND YOU DONT GOTTA DEAL WITH THE RUDE MANAGERSSSSSS ???

YOU NEED TO FIRE YOUR CASHIER!This is the worst store ever. The customer reps are rude. The dresses look like hand me downs and are torn and ripped at places, lose threads all about. Dressing rooms lack privacy. I had tried on a few dresses and hung them up on the clothes rod— two separate representatives called me back out loud in front of the whole store to put the clothes back on the hangers and put them back from where I picked them up. They need to fire all their employees or send them to an etiquettes school. Absolutely disgusted by the store, NEVER GOING BACK AND NEVER RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE. I mean is that what customers are supposed to do. High end brands also do not expect you to put your dresses back up on the hangers and in the spot where you picked them off of and you know what’s the worst part one of the sleeveless dresses didn’t even have the black loop to hang the dress back on— EXPLAIN TO ME HOW DO YOU HANG THAT DRESS BACK UP?Damaged dresses priced at $80– are you kidding me right now?MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THE WORKINGS OF THE STORE ESPECIALLY SINCE ALMOST EVERYONE ON HERE HAS NOT GIVEN MORE THAN A 2 star review

I went here to go prom dress shopping with a friend. I’m never coming back here, the customer service is really bad. I went straight to the back and found my size. It was high up so I asked one of the workers to help me. She straight up gave me attitude and yelled at me saying “Don’t pull it down”. I wasn’t pulling it down at all I was just holding the bottom part of the dress. When I tried on a dress I asked one of the workers if I can go find another dress and save the dressing room. My friend was holding the dress for me, the worker said something I couldn’t really hear her but she said I could only be in the dressing room for an hour? Thats not what I asked, I’m not sure exactly what she said. The worker snatched the dress out of my friends hand and went to the cashier, she thought that we wanted the dress even though we asked for a dressing room saved. The workers was giving us alot of attitude. They were treating us very poorly. Please have a talk with the employees, my customer service experience wasn’t so great. Very rude employees.

This place is so d**** They have a line of women waiting to try on their dresses. This can take awhile as each dressing room may have five different options which requires a second opinion...then they talk about each one, etc. (the dress buying process). So they also have a GIANT dressing room which is "off-limits" and sits idle while women are lined up everywhere. I asked if we could use it and was told that...get this..."That's where we store the LONG dresses." So apparently this DRESS STORE can't find somewhere else to store the long dresses (after they've been tried on by a potential buyer). So they eliminate an entire dressing room, while people are waiting in line...so they can hang dresses. So freaking d****

Store is very hot, very crowded and the dressing rooms are a nightmare. No privacy at all, people stick their fingers in the rooms, and then curtains open way too easily. They really need to change their dressing rooms because their dresses are real nice

Very bad employees , the attitude so bad, Windsor need to teach to employees the variety of coins that we have, I give to the cashier a dollar coin and she said she can’t accept that kind ??♀️Why not? Money it’s money

This store is waaaay better than Windsor at Town East Mall. As soon as I came into Windsor at Grapevine Mills I was greeted by a lady named Dorian! Dorian was absolutely amazing, not only did she greet me but she assisted me through out the entire time I was there and made sure I found what I was looking for! Dorian's attitude was unmatched! Because of Dorian my experience at Windsor was great ! Thank you Dorian! Thank you to the other lady that was there too, she was definitely great as well. Dorian NEEDS a raise ASAP! Thank you Dorian!
