“Unfortunately they had issues getting one of my tires off my car. They were amazing enough to give me a full refund and explained what happened and why they were unable to help. Even put a free tire on my car because my other tire was too dangerous to put back on. Called me immediately when they had the issue. I highly recommend them, they went above and beyond for me just to keep me safe and not cause damages to my car. Great team and great management”

“This is an absolute great place! I had blown out a tire and had a donut on it. I pulled up there. Having never been there before! They treated me like an old friend. I was only going to get 1 tire, but when the young man explained when pros and cons to me. I ended up getting 2 and then I don’t have to worry about it any more. From the time I paid for my tires and wipers it was all of about 25 minutes. They are quality, fast, service is impeccable. It’s nice not to have to sit around all afternoon waiting on my car! I went in for a flat repair and they were honest about not being able to fix it because a screw was angled into the side id the tire making it unrepairable. They offered new options as well as directed me where to purchase a new tire. I will definitely come back if I meed their services since they are close by, plus one of the rims caught my eye for my SUV!”

This shop is very busy but seems to be handle the volume well. Best to try and plan ahead and have an appointment. Waiting area is neat and clean, but very busy. This place can be really hopping. Especially in the morning.”

“I had a flat and called Firestone since it was 2 min from my house but the lady Firestone worker said they couldn’t give a new tire until next day because they were closing soon…So I called Discount TiRE and the Manager Gabriel g said we close in few min BUT I I’ll Wait for you if you can get here. Wow!!!! Needles to say I made it and Discount Tire Came Through. That simple statement which the manager said “I’ll Wait For You” really made a diference and settled my mind and was able to meet my family across town at a Worship Conference. Thanks Again Gabriel”
