The worst pharmacy to try and pick up a prescription from, it doesn't matter if you are inside or outside you will be waiting at least 25 to 30 minutes to pick up a prescription.

All I could say is that I've never met a manager with so much professionalism, customer service skills, patience and kindness as Pam. When I say she goes above and beyond, I mean she reaches for the moon! My mother-in-law had a question about the price of a product she had purchased and she tried to find the answers to her concerns. She also kept asking customers if they needed help. I'll definitely be back to this Walgreens.

Hands down the worst customer service ever. I had a complaint regarding the "manager" Marcia. Lance the manager of the store called me to discuss this. He was calm and apologetic. He offered no help though in fixing the problem. This store is full of employees that have poor customer service, poor communication skills and zero urgency. Lance at the end of the conversation was yelling at me and talking about that he doesn't have a boss and refused to give me any number to file a grievance on him for his behavior. Lance stated he didn't care if his store lost business from me and I should move my prescriptions elsewhere. This Walgreens has gone down hill with obvious lack of leadership from the top down. Lance and Marcia should be reprimanded and taught how customer service should be in grapevine. I will be moving my business elsewhere and be actively telling friends family and co workers to do the same. I've lived hear for my entire life and never had any issues. Walgreens poor leadership is the issue.

Been on the phone over thirty minutes but I understand they get busy at times. The issue arises when they pick up the phone and put me back on hold and then hang up when their lunch break comes along before I could at least talk to them. I just needed to know if my medication was ready as they told me it would be within a few minutes.

Make sure you read the fine print on the labels. You can see the boxes placed on top of the shelf and the price $23.99. Guess what? At the register, price is $39.99 . Called a manager, but they refused to put a price tag or to remove the old tag that was there. Is this a new way of selling stuff? You see $23.99 , don't pay attention to the fine print or don't have your reading glasses, go to the cash register and don't pay attention, and here you go... you pay $39.99 for something that you believed is $23.99. Good job Walgreens!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Horrible store. I've been a customer for over 20 years and the pharmacy and management team absolutely are the worst. I'm not talking about the pharmacy techs, they do their best given the awful management they are under. Never again!

This is a terrible store and a terrible pharmacy. Staff seem to never know what they are doing, both in the store and in the pharmacy. The pharmacists I have dealt with here seem well intentioned but the place is poorly run. Bathroom was dirty and did not contain soap. This in a drug store that sells soap! Also means that pharmacy (and store) employees are not washing their hands with soap after using the restroom. Yech.

I scheduled a flu shot online. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was told there would be a 25 minute wait. I was "inline" behind people that had no appointment and were still filling out paperwork. What is the point of scheduling an appointment time online if it is the same as walking in off the street with no appointment?

Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe these people. I called in my prescription a week early, went through the drive through two days before I could pick up to verify, was told to come back in two days, which I did. On pick up day I'm treated incredibly poorly, as if I am weeks early for my refill. I told them to check again, because they are wrong. They were. I am completely out of my medication, and I am told that they have to order it and it will take 4 days. Does the service get any worse? I don't think so.

THE WORST Pharmacy ever! Bar none. My Doctor called in four prescriptions. I got two the next day. Three trips, 10 days later they say "We're working on it." Now they say "We gave you those. They didn't! Now I'm out. They could care less. You can barely understand the Pharmacist. Good Lord, avoid these people at all cost.

I talked to a customer service representative and found out I tripped a sensor. The employees working both nights were very polite when they did speak to me, K just misread the situation. We have experienced some weird issues at the store before with gruff managers and pharmacists in the past, but I've never had a problem before with any of the cashiers. I am removing and replacing my previous review with a positive one. The customer service lady at the call center was the nicest person I've ever spoken to. I should have invited her to my house for dinner, for real.

My wife and I fight over who has to go to this horrific pharmacy. The service is absolutely awful and they act like it's their first day on the job every time I'm there. It's always always always something. They can't seem to find the prescription, insurance info, mis spelling of a name, horrible wait times. They sit in the back talking while customers wait Unfortunately due to insurance we have to use them. They are all awful. Terrible experience every time I go

The past 6 times I attempted to shop there they were either out of stock or a refrigeration system failed. I have learned not to shop there when I really need something. I have never seen a store that failed to restock such as this one.

Didn't think I could hate a Walgreens, but I was wrong. The pharmacy's customer service is horrific compared to every other Walgreens in the area. I will no longer visit this location.
