Yesterday, after running a few errands, my girlfriend and I decided to get a car wash. Once we got home, we noticed a crack about 10 inches from the top of the windshield, and also the license plate was bent forward. We drove around for sometime before deciding to visit Wash Masters and now have to pay to repair a windshield. Not returning.

My fiancé went through this car wash and his bumper was removed and destroyed by the car wash. It was $3000 worth of damage, and they said they would not help cover the cost. His car has been through several car washes and this has never happened. I expected them to cover at least a part of the expense. It is disappointing that a chain company is not helping whatsoever. This is a huge expense for us at this time. We have waited 2 weeks to see if they would reach out to help, and they have completely ghosted him. I never leave bad reviews, but I do not recommend this business to anyone.

One of the best fast car wash spots around DFW. Friendly staff and stocked towels/ sprays. 3 types of vacuum and air hoses + they do mat cleaning if you ask. Fairly priced as well!

This is by far the nicest car wash I’ve been to in a long time! It’s so clean, the self vacuuming is amazing! They all work great and provide rags and spray bottles to get that clean car smell we all love.. they even have the little air gun to help get the little crumbs that’s hard to wipe down! I live in Dallas but when I come back out here to grapevine and need a car wash this is the place I’ll be coming too. If I could give more stars I would.

Best car wash I have ever been to. I have a GMC 2500 and the car wash still got my big truck clean. We drove in from West, Tx for a rangers game and hit every big on the way there. The awesome staff scrubbed the front of the truck clean prior to send in through. They also offer free vacuums and microfiber towels to clean your ride inside and out after you finish.

Best car wash in DFW. You have a nice shaded area to detail your vehicle after running through, along with plenty of vacuums. Owner of this establishment is very respectful & humble 10/10

This car wash left these marks on my car. I have an suv but this has never happened anywhere else. When I noticed it after wiping my car down and told one of the employees he was dismissive and said that the scrubbers are foam so it couldn't have been the car wash. I replied "Well these marks weren't there before and I don't know what else could have caused them up high like that." He then licked his fingers to try and rub it out. Gross, I don't want his marks or his saliva on my car. This is VERY unprofessional!
