Staff members have a horrible attitude with customers. I was left 20 minutes waiting for someone to open the cologne isle last night before they closed they only help me a minute before they closed after we ourself had gone around constantly asking for help. I go there buying cards all the time and they just treat normal buying customers like theives.

Beware with those animals. Went there to exchange the mattress the short tatood lady at cust service stated they can not do that. Suppose to be a similar item. Told them where it says suppose to be the similar item. She was very rude and objective keep telling me take it or leave it. The approach was So unprofessional. Then the Nick came. His name was Nick. He said the same thing and I said please soiw me the policy or anything because I asked to front supervisor and couple of workers about return and exchange policy when I was buying they all said its ok I can even get a gift card when I return it to exchange. Then NICK told me to leave the store otherwise he would call tge COPS. I said are you threatening me? I dont do nothing. Came here to exchange your product from your store. He insisted to call the COPS.. then I called the cops and explained what happened. Cops showed up within 5 min. And they issued me a citation for trespassing !!!!!!... Can you believe that ????..Was that much of easy to kick the f..k out of the store. They would not even accepted the fact that there was no gift cars issue. Called the Walmart Cust Service and they apprived it too. So the so called managers acting like an authority to kick you out of the store instead to give proper training to their associates the ones gave me the wrong info when I asked them. This case will go to a consumer lawyer..for having the people charged for trespassing for nothing.

Placed a order to be delivered and they claim they brought it all but I am missing half of my order, all refrigerated, meats, cheese, ice cream etc and driver has it blocked and store won’t answer. Very, very upset! Do not order from them. They had one job to do and did not do it properly, angry and disappointed.
I expect them to make this right!
