This Walgreens Pharmacy was so wonderful to me yesterday when I had an immediate need for insulin for my dog. They didn’t have the kind I needed but the pharmacist was able to inform me where to find it and for a great price! I’m grateful for their help yesterday.

I went into Walgreens to get melatonin. I also had to use the restroom. When I asked the cashier, Hannah, how I get into the bathroom, she said they were closed because they were just cleaned. Considering this location is opened until 11pm, it’s ridiculous that a bathroom is not available.

this is probably the worst pharmacy I've ever used - once they get a prescription from my doctor it takes forever to get it filled and they seem to have a problem with insurance quite often - not to mention that sometimes the medication I need isn't even available. The pharmacist gives off an attitude that "they'll" fill prescriptions whenever they feel like it. Changing to the Walgreens in Southlake - they really seem to care about their clients.

The employes in this place every night close earlier than 11pm and the hours said close at that time but they want to leave early. That's supposed to never happen in a pharmacy. I'm sure the owner don't know about that.

The Manager "Grace" at walgreens 912 W northwest Hwy and pharmacy staff for being more than helpful. I accidentally forgot my wallet at counter and they immediately call for me too retrieve my belongings. Forever grateful. Have been customer for 2 decades. Thank you so very much. Just wanted to thank Hannah for helping me, I turned some film in last Friday and was told they’d be done today. My film was in the same place I left it last week. Very disappointing to not get my pictures when I was promised. However, Hannah helped explain to me why and was very kind. Thanks Hannah.

Kept giving me the wrong amount of medication three months in a row and never even apologized and are so rude if you call. I have photos of the pills with the wrong quantity on it and they were still arguing.
I hurt myself and had to ship my muscle relaxant & it want done on time- they had zero sympathy, would not apologize and couldn’t even give a tracking number. Call their corporate and they’ll simply direct you back to the pharmacy- how does that fix the issue? Ridiculous.

I was here on Vacation, I accidentally left my pain meds at home. My doctor sent in a prescription for a couple days of medicine, they would not fill due to Texas law for out of state reasons, and I can understand that. Pharmacist was rude and not helpful at all and all I wanted was some guidance. One of the most rude person I’ve ever met, while I was nice and understanding and I understood if it’s law. My Dr sent to CVS and the pharmacist there was nice and polite and explained it to me, too much to ask at Walgreens

It's a half decent Walgreens. I don't know why there's so much hate on it.
All Walgreens, like walmarts and Targets are basically the same.
They have what you're looking for, and have a decent rewards program. I get about 5-$10 free a month...
Not a bad place. Sometimes it's a bit crowded, but what can you do?

I called to Walgreen to transfer my prescription to CVS , she was RUDE, even didn't let me talk to her or explain ,she brought several excuses like a we can't, They supposed to call us,.....At the end HANG up on me!!!!Really? Is this great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I called again and after 15 minutes on hold, a nice lady DID it. Why the first lady that had a deep voice and l couldn't recognize is a man or woman DID Not want to do her job!I called 2/8/2024 at 6 pm. May be you can find the employee.

Brandi in the pharmacy is the bomb. She helped me with me find a manufactures coupon that decreased my prescription to $10 from $1500 for a 30 day supply. She was superfriendly and very professional. She is a asset to the community.She simply CARES about the customer! THE BOMB!!!!!rgds,JK

Went to the pharmacy realize my prescription was at another Walgreens so I asked if they could pull it there and she said yes it would be about 15 minutes and I said that’s fine I’ll just come back later. I had something to do so I was going to pick it up today, it said it was ready yesterday so as I was looking on my app today, it said it was canceled. I called them. They said that they needed a prior authorization through my insurance. I said no y’all already got that from my insurance because this prescription had been going back-and-forth for a couple of weeks now trying to get it through the insurance and I was ready to pick it up today but y’all canceled it I told her did you give it to somebody else and she said I don’t know because it’s not something we keep in the pharmacy I said OK but the person yesterday told me that y’all would have it ready in 15 minutes she said well I don’t know what happened I said all right she said I can transfer it to another Walgreens I was like OK I guess that’s fine. She calls the other Walgreens and then hangs up on me. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had an issue at this Walgreens, with the same person that answers the phone at the pharmacy I didn’t even have time to get her name because again she hung up on me
