I've been a happy Walgreens customer at another store, so I thought I'd switch over from CVS and give this one a try since it is right by my kids' new school. Big nope. Bad energy here, folks. The only people more miserable than the staff are the five or six people who always seem to be waiting there with their arms crossed in the universal sign that they have been waiting a lot longer than they expected. It's 2023 and they don't have self-checkout?!? I haven't stood in lines this long since I went to Six Flags. Also the app is terrible and when your doc calls in a prescription it defaults to being ready over 24 hours later. Something is wrong. I often have left urgent care and waited no more than 5 minutes to pick up a drug they called in to CVS. I didn't realize how much better that store is than this one.

Worst experience in a long time.. guy yelled at me for trying to use a coupon. He was coming in and out from outside, had no clue what was going on. Tried to explain to him what was happening. Instead of trying to understand, he just pushed me to the side and said he needed to take care of the other people in the line. I had been standing there for 10-15 min trying to literally buy a 4pk of toilet paper, with their register rewards. He was very aggressive and extremely rude. Have not shopped at Walgreens for a long time, due to very poor customer service in the past. Prior to him getting involved a girl was ringing me up and 2 different registers froze up. Ridiculous experience, Walgreens needs to do better.

I have only had great experiences with the staff at this Walgreens. They call my doctors for refill and provide my prescriptions as soon as they can. You can see how hard they work, rushing around to be a service to us. Folks, this is a stressful demanding job and we should appreciate their hard work and customer service. Keep up the good work.

Pharmacy is careless. Terrible customer service. They refilled the wrong prescription, my bf didn't realize and brought it home. This was after I waited several days for it. I was told it would be another couple days to get the correct prescription, when said I needed it today they sent it to a nearby location that "had it in stock" didn't call to make sure because when I called to check on the status after a few hours it wont be ready for a couple days. Called the pharmacy back and she just repeated what I was already saying and then to call around and see if anyone else had it.

All I could say is that I've never met a manager with so much professionalism, customer service skills, patience and kindness as Pam. When I say she goes above and beyond, I mean she reaches for the moon! My mother-in-law had a question about the price of a product she had purchased and she tried to find the answers to her concerns. She also kept asking customers if they needed help. I'll definitely be back to this Walgreens.

Hands down the worst customer service ever. I had a complaint regarding the “manager” Marcia. Lance the manager of the store called me to discuss this. He was calm and apologetic. He offered no help though in fixing the problem. This store is full of employees that have poor customer service, poor communication skills and zero urgency. Lance at the end of the conversation was yelling at me and talking about that he doesn’t have a boss and refused to give me any number to file a grievance on him for his behavior. Lance stated he didn’t care if his store lost business from me and I should move my prescriptions elsewhere. This Walgreens has gone down hill with obvious lack of leadership from the top down. Lance and Marcia should be reprimanded and taught how customer service should be in grapevine. I will be moving my business elsewhere and be actively telling friends family and co workers to do the same. I’ve lived hear for my entire life and never had any issues. Walgreens poor leadership is the issue.

My family and I use to really enjoy the this pharmacy. They were polite and prompt and welcoming. It has truly fallen off. It is a shame what passes for service here now.

Jasmine was rude. Everyone else was very nice. I don't think she liked me very much. Maybe it was my face. Not sure but it's unacceptable.

Great pharmacist that jumped on a phone call with urgent care doctor to confirm dosage.

Been on the phone over thirty minutes but I understand they get busy at times. The issue arises when they pick up the phone and put me back on hold and then hang up when their lunch break comes along before I could at least talk to them. I just needed to know if my medication was ready as they told me it would be within a few minutes.

Make sure you read the fine print on the labels. You can see the boxes placed on top of the shelf and the price $23.99. Guess what? At the register, price is $39.99 . Called a manager, but they refused to put a price tag or to remove the old tag that was there. Is this a new way of selling stuff? You see $23.99 , don't pay attention to the fine print or don't have your reading glasses, go to the cash register and don't pay attention, and here you go... you pay $39.99 for something that you believed is $23.99. Good job Walgreens!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Horrible store. I've been a customer for over 20 years and the pharmacy and management team absolutely are the worst. I'm not talking about the pharmacy techs, they do their best given the awful management they are under. Never again!

This is a terrible store and a terrible pharmacy. Staff seem to never know what they are doing, both in the store and in the pharmacy. The pharmacists I have dealt with here seem well intentioned but the place is poorly run. Bathroom was dirty and did not contain soap. This in a drug store that sells soap! Also means that pharmacy (and store) employees are not washing their hands with soap after using the restroom. Yech.
