I walked into this location and the line was nearly out the door, but I was quickly seen to have my package processed because of Max. He was awesome, quick, efficient and friendly. Made sure everyone was greeted and satisfied with their drop off. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes with a long line in front of me it was impressive to watch and see the line dwindled down fast. Thank you so much for the fantastic service.

Diana at The UPS store in Grapevine Texas was so nice and helpful!!
Frustrating situation:
I had gone to the UPS store in Colleyvilke Tx at 4843 Colleyville Blvd, Ste 251, Colleyville, TX 76034 and asked them to scan a UPS label that I created on my phone while I was waiting in their store. The UPS employee Fatima told me that she could not print the label for me, but she could only print a receipt. She then told me I would have to pay extra to have her print the label to put on my package, even after I told Fatima that I had no way to print the label without driving 20 miles to my home to print it.
Positive Solution:
So I left the Colleyville UPS store and drove to the UPS store in Grapevine at 1527 W state hwy 114 suite #500,. As soon as I told the UPS employee Diana my situation she cheerfully offered to print my label for me at no cost if I would just email the label to her at the store’s email address. This was the first time I needed a label printed and Diana was willing to help me. In contrast, Fatima in Colleyville never offered the option for me to email my label to her or print my label at no charge.
Conclusion:
I ship lots of packages at the Grapevine UPS store because they are always friendly and helpful. Now I will always go to Grapevine UPS store because of their great customer service. Thank you so much Diana. You turned a frustrating experience into a good one with your kindness!

Juan was extremely helpful in a stressful situation. I’m Moving across the country (FL to CA) and left a bag full of valuables at a hotel in AL. Together we worked out a way to ship it to my destination and provided all needed details and confidence I’ll get it back. Highly recommend this store, especially Juan.
