The staff is so rude. Not just one person, all of them. They don't even greet you, let alone thank you for your business. They all act like they hate their job, and you're simply a bother for being there. I frequent this store strictly because of it's location. This is not a one time occurrence, it's everytime.

This store ruins the name UPS, very negative vibe and unpleasantly to do business with, I will not use their store for services. I owned and operate an establishment. Their customer services suck and they need to look in the mirror in the morning, love people it's okay. 1 star is gentle for me, no thank you will never come back.

UPS really cannot print the label in store, it’s a printing store.
Now I have to go find a printer and bring it back which is dumb.
The guy there was pretty stiff too, sounded like he just didn’t want to do it because it’d create an inconvenience.

The employees are very polite and helpful. If you don't know how to operate these computer systems. They are more than willing to help.

This location has always been efficient and employees, professional. I do take away one star due to an employee. I’m not sure of her name anymore and I don’t know if she works there, but she was clearly having a bad day.

So RUDE! Grumpiest Old Lady, makes you feel like she is doing you a favor for taking your Amazon returns. Mentioned MULTIPLE times how frustrated she is with "Black Friday Returns", scoffed at my box (even when I offered to use my own tape to secure it), tried to tell me she couldn't help me because I hadn't completed the return online yet (even tho I was the only one in the store)... And the place smells like rotten underwear!

Really liked there attitudes in the middle of the after Christmas returns. Mine wasn’t and I thought here we go. I was so wrong in and out in under 5! Friendly and fast!!!!!

I use this UPS weekly for my personal business - shipping fragile paintings across the country, in what amounts to well over 100 interactions with the store and its employees and 100s of thousands of dollars worth of items I've entrusted them to handle.Every single experience I have had here has been positive.I've used other shipping providers and very intentionally choose to come here (over another UPS which is closer to my residence) because this UPS store is the most competent, quick, diligent, and friendly in the area.Thank you UPS Hall-Johnson for taking such good care of me and the items I need to ship. You are critical to my business and I deeply appreciate you.

My package was rerouted to this store. Upon arriving I learned my package was not there. The last name of the person to receive my package was not an employee of the store. Very sketchy practices. They are not trust worthy. My son will not have a gift under the tree tomorrow ??♀️

Hey y'all, I'm posting this on behalf of my wife who just left your store in tears. My wife is a very kind and soft-spoken person who was treated very rudely by one of your customer service representatives today.The box in which she was returning her package this afternoon was ripped and she needed help taping it. This frustrated your customer representative (a middle-aged female with brown hair) as she slammed the package multiple times on the counter while angrily yelling at my wife (who was attempting to help her) to hold the package still while she forcefully taped it and made a loud and uncomfortable scene in the store.One additional note: as my wife walked in the store before engaging with this representative, she was loudly complaining about another customer who had been in the store moments earlier.I know that as we approach the holiday season this job becomes more stressful and patience is needed on both sides. However, this wasn't acceptable under any circumstances and it would be negligent of me not to bring this to your attention.
