We visited Grapevine Mills showroom and the Sales person was superb. His name is Gary Schmidt. Knows his products, listens to what our needs were and we bought two Roma models with power reclines and beautiful top grain leather. We live near factory and we’re able to tour the factory and see craftsmanship and quality that goes into the sofas. Occasionally you will get an email when your order hits a new stage of manufacture. Family owned and we met Seth who showed us around. So friendly. One of the best decisions we have made for furniture. Love them.

What an fun and easy experience start to finish! Gary Schmidt in the Grapevine store was incredible to work with. we came in to see the store and he walked us through the process, the tech, & the history. He helped us design and configure a large sectional and loveseat for our home. Production took about 2 months and communication was clear every step of the way & we were never in the dark. The delivery team was fast and respectful in our home. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants furniture that will actually last.

Excellent service and great selection. We went in with something specific in mind and were able to order exactly what we wanted built to our specifications. We received updates on the progress of our sofa as it was being constructed. The delivery team were friendly and took care with our new sofa. We couldn’t be happier. We are really enjoying our new leather sofa. Highly recommend doing business with these very helpful and knowledgeable sales persons.

This company is amazing. Some of the best built furniture I’ve ever seen; and even better, it’s all made right here in Lewisville, Texas, and it’s family owned and operated. I was so impressed, having been in the furniture business for the last 10 years, I’m going to work for Mitch as a salesman in the Grapevine store. My new sofa is not even close to being as well made as my previous one from The Leather Sofa Company! This time got a model with the electric reclining feature contained within the sofa.Every time I sit on it and get up as well it creeks, groans and moves! DO not buy one of these! It is not even a month old! Can you imagine what this piece of furniture will be like in 6 months?We do not knowingly buy furniture that is built with poorly engineered and assembled materials. I am disappointed beyond words with this product. I never post reviews on-line with Google however, am making an exception here.David Meyer

Rob Herman has always treated us great. Knows all the details that you would never hear from a big box store. You will pay more, but my 7 year old couch still looks brand new. The leather is real and you won’t get it from other stores, I know bc I’ve had those too. When you are ready to graduate to real quality furniture go talk to rob at grapevine. Lastly, he won’t pressure you like the other guys will, so you can go There and relax without some kid who doesn’t know about furniture and leather and only cares about a commission is trying to push a sales quota.

I want to give this a 5 star and really wanted to shop here again but was amazed they wouldn't repair a 3 inch seam that we found was open a few months after purchase. Perhaps it was that way all along and we didn't notice it upon receipt cause it was so small. When I asked if they would repair it, I was told I probably lifted the ottoman by the cushion and ripped it. It was only a $95 repair, but what disappointed me was that I was accused of ripping it instead of them honoring their work. (It isn't a rip at all.) I can't lift that ottoman, (I'm a 5'2" female and it is a huge chair and 1/2 leather ottoman) it is way too heavy and have a robot vac that cleans under it so I've only ever pushed it aside by the base. I guess for a chair that cost thousands, he won't do a $100 repair? So unfortunate cause we really wanted a couch next.
