I was told they always honor carvanas offers. I double checked with the sales associate that it would be honored since I did not want to waste my time driving 45 minutes here. I arrived and he said they would appraise it, after waiting 25 minutes they gave me an offer 7,000 lower than carvana. Don't come here to sell your car you will just end up wasting your time.

The way the manager (service center) helped me out was out of my mind. Their intention of helping is what drives me the most to that location. Excellent help came from the manager and Marcos. Kudos to them!

If I could give negative stars I would. They are all about getting one over on you, not building loyalty based on great customer relations. They happily sold us a used truck that we now owe literally over double the value on. We carried zero negative equity into the deal and now owe $40k on a truck worth $15k. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand they need to make some money in order to keep the doors open but I can't help feeling taken advantage of. Yes, shame on us for trusting the dealership when they told us what a great deal we were getting. We don't buy many cars and we needed something right away due to an accident. However, this is highway robbery. When we gave them the opportunity to make things right and build a loyal customer for life, they told us to pound sand. So you should do yourself a favor and find a different car dealership. AVOID working with Texas Nissan or their Business Management team Mr. Neil Assad, Managing Partner, Ms. Becky Miles, and Administrator Mr. Yousef ABDEL-HAMID, or hold on to your wallet and prepare to get screwed!

clearly a two star review from 300 means something...I worked on a deal with this dealership in good faith for well over 7 business days. when finalized and negotiated price agreed upon by all parties I advised i was ready to 'wheel and deal.' I called to let my sales guy know I was on my way - when traveling The manager of the dealership called and advised the price would not be honored and the cost would be $2,000.00 over the negotiation price. so I this made me wonder - was the well over a week back and forth a game? I don't know but definately not worth anyone's breath if life - keep clear of this dishonesty- it's not like there are not multiple options...

We had a great experience. If you're in the market for a used car, definitely ask for Kendall! He was patient, helpful, informative and kind throughout the entire process. We take our time purchasing cars and went back and forth a lot. He never pressured us and answered every question we had. In the end, we got the perfect car for us and our needs.

Horrible Service Department. My husband took his truck in for regular maintenance before we left on a trip and they failed to put the coolant line clamp back on. And that's the SECOND time it has happened here! Let me explain, the truck will not move without it attached. It came off, leaking coolant, in the middle of nowhere mind you, on our roadtrip. We will never go back.

Run away done walk. I honestly felt like Carl my salesman was very pushy and unreassuring like the typical salesman who is going to cheat you through the whole process. He needs to be retrained if his tactics are going to stick out like a sore thumb. When I asked for clear answers he gave me the round about answer. The first issue was the loan application he sent me one to fill out prior to coming in and you guys pulled my credit and knew exactly what you could give me when I arrived. Instead of being truthful and honest from the start which goes a long way in the process he preceded to hand me another form but this one was different from one I had ever filled out before because at the bottom you could write in numbers and offers after I already signed the paper well he crossed out everything that didn't matter and I was fine. Next I stated I want the out the door process before I even start the process and go test to drive to know if I'm wasting my time. He says we'll test drive next. Then he starts asking me about my spouses car that has absolutely nothing to do with my vehicle I came in knowing what I want to pay not trading in his vehicle you don't need any information on that vehicle because it will not change my situation I have a full time job and know exactly what I can offered all I simply needed from him was a solid answer on what the bank will approve me for with my credit score and employment. I asked three times for exact numbers he never gave me one just a range how ridiculous is that!! If that doesn't sound sketchy and like your hiding stuff I don't know what it is. The last straw for me was your finance team told him based on my range of score not a finite number I can't get the car never told me what they approved me then comes back and tries to sell my a Kia Forte!!! I'm not dumb and that is bad business that you guys would buy them from people and try to sell them to dumb asses who should know that those vehicles cannot get reasonable insurance because of the theft with them I just had one and had to give it back for that very reason that is very shady business practices once he said that I knew him nor this lot should be trusted and I will tell everyone I know not to come here!

We had an appointment and when we arrived, we were told that there was a 2 hour wait! Why even issue an appointment time. I am not happy! We drove 45 minutes to get here!

Great location and we had a really friendly salesman. We are in the market for a new SUV and my wife was curious about the Pathfinders. They had plenty here, tho they didn't have the exact one that we wanted. Looking for the Platinum with every feature and the two tone interior, it wasn't in stock yet. Place was clean, the salesman we talked with for a bit inside, tho we told him from the beginning that we weren't buying today. When we car shop, we look at everything in every price range, having just started looking, this was only our first day shopping. The location is clean. Again, staff was great. If we get a Nissan, we will likely return.

The dealership is disputing the cause of malfunction. I want to stress, if this malfunction isn't related to the recall and Nissan and the dealership are being complacent someone could be seriously hurt. I am going to contact the NHTSA again. The car shot backwards while in drive. I didn't call Nissan consumer affairs because I thought I made an error. I called because someone could be run over. Oh, and the dealership has indicated they aren't going to do anything to help me. They are in possession of this vehicle. I am the victim of illegal business practices that resulted in a car accident. I should mention I have video of this car which does show the vehicle has problems. I was able to capture the vehicle on video acting erratically when put into drive. The dashboard reads what the recall states it should read, but nonetheless, if the accident isn't related to the recall public safety is at risk. I had this brand new car for 20 days. The car is on a NO SALE in EFFECT recall. Tic Tok is next.

On 6/22/2023, we purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue. After driving it for a couple of months, specifically on the highway, we took a good look at the tires. They were various manufacturers & in various stages of wear resulting in an UNEVEN drive. We got 5 quotes & purchased new tires. During that process, it was brought to our attention that one of the wheels is BENT. Since we did NOT bend the wheel, the only conclusion to be reached is that it was sold to us as such. The cost for replacing the wheel is $490.44. On Thursday or Friday (21 or 22 Sep), I called & asked to speak to the Preowned Sales Manager. I was told he was in a meeting & they took my information. When I didn't receive a call after several hours, I called back. I was forwarded to who I was told was the Preowned Sales Manager. I do not recall his name. I explained why I was calling. He told me he couldn't put brand new tires on a vehicle as he would be out of business in a month. I told him I was NOT requesting reimbursement for the tires...although there should be at least some level of regard in making sure that the tires were in similar wear. I told him I felt they should reimburse us for the cost of the wheel. He then states that the vehicle would not have passed inspection with a bent wheel. He also states that he is not in charge of the service department who is responsible for the inspection. So, he threw them under the bus...what a classy guy. He then tells me that I should have let you know about the wheel issue sooner. I DIDN'T know there was an issue with the wheel until we took it in to have the tires replaced. I do NOT feel 3 months is that long of a period. He kept saying if I had contacted him sooner, maybe. Really??? If I had contacted him 1 month after, I would get the same response. Most people do NOT find it necessary to replace tires a few months after they buy a vehicle. This is the first time in my used car buying experience that I had to replace tires as early in the ownership process. This is NOT normal & it does NOT represent your business well at all. As I was getting NOWHERE with the Preowned Sales Manager, I asked to speak to his supervisor. I was put through to someone's VM. I left a message & NEVER received a call back. The response from an employee...NOT supervisor: sorry to hear that but unfortunately if 30 days passed without an issue since it's a used car I know the management will not reimburse for any repairs after a Month of buying the car that's why they ask every customer to purchase the warranty because its as is used vehicle. My response back: You sell a vehicle "as is" & you state it is certified with a 167 multi point inspection as something that actually means something. Then you try to coerce a customer to spend thousands of dollars on a warranty...typically with deductibles adding even more to the purchase. This is why people dislike traditional dealerships. "As is" is given less attention, & you speak proudly of this certification...again as if it means something. We didn't cause this wheel to be bent...meaning your 167 multi point inspection that your preowned manager defended...& then blamed on service has zero value. He also stated he didn't personally do the inspection...as if that matters! If you are in charge, you accept responsibility. I shouldn't have to purchase an expensive warranty to ensure the vehicle I drive off the lot is safe to drive & isn't going to need expensive repairs just a few months after purchase. Like most people, we have to save for an expensive purchase. We knew within the first month that we were going to need to buy new tires. We sacrificed & saved for 2 months. As I explained to the pre-owned manager when he questioned why I didn't contact sooner...there was no way to know the wheel was bent UNTIL we replaced the tires. I reached out within a couple of days of finding out. I will NOT do repeat business or recommend.

We had a decent experience at this dealership. They had a wide variety of used vehicles to look at and test drive. Originally went to view a Hyundai Santa Fe. The vehicle had clearly not been detailed yet as there were crumbs and trash from prior owners. Surprised they didn't detail before showing, especially since we made an appointment. Test drove 2 other vehicles and landed on a used 2022 Nissan Rogue. After some negotiation we were able to get close to the price we wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful overall.
