The purchased of a used 2022 Nissan Frontier SV was the most smoothest purchase of my lifetime so. Naturally the saleswoman attempted to convince me to get 2023 model. I wouldnt budge and was able to facilitated me with what I wanted. She treated me with respect and the professionalism of all the staff was amazing from beginning to end. Their ****************** is also outstanding and thorough with explaining what the vehicle needs and what has been accomplished after.

We had a great experience. If you're in the market for a used car, definitely ask for Kendall! He was patient, helpful, informative and kind throughout the entire process. We take our time purchasing cars and went back and forth a lot. He never pressured us and answered every question we had. In the end, we got the perfect car for us and our needs.

Horrible Service Department. My husband took his truck in for regular maintenance before we left on a trip and they failed to put the coolant line clamp back on. And that's the SECOND time it has happened here! Let me explain, the truck will not move without it attached. It came off, leaking coolant, in the middle of nowhere mind you, on our roadtrip. We will never go back.

Run away done walk. I honestly felt like Carl my salesman was very pushy and unreassuring like the typical salesman who is going to cheat you through the whole process. He needs to be retrained if his tactics are going to stick out like a sore thumb. When I asked for clear answers he gave me the round about answer. The first issue was the loan application he sent me one to fill out prior to coming in and you guys pulled my credit and knew exactly what you could give me when I arrived. Instead of being truthful and honest from the start which goes a long way in the process he preceded to hand me another form but this one was different from one I had ever filled out before because at the bottom you could write in numbers and offers after I already signed the paper well he crossed out everything that didn't matter and I was fine. Next I stated I want the out the door process before I even start the process and go test to drive to know if I'm wasting my time. He says we'll test drive next. Then he starts asking me about my spouses car that has absolutely nothing to do with my vehicle I came in knowing what I want to pay not trading in his vehicle you don't need any information on that vehicle because it will not change my situation I have a full time job and know exactly what I can offered all I simply needed from him was a solid answer on what the bank will approve me for with my credit score and employment. I asked three times for exact numbers he never gave me one just a range how ridiculous is that!! If that doesn't sound sketchy and like your hiding stuff I don't know what it is. The last straw for me was your finance team told him based on my range of score not a finite number I can't get the car never told me what they approved me then comes back and tries to sell my a Kia Forte!!! I'm not dumb and that is bad business that you guys would buy them from people and try to sell them to dumb asses who should know that those vehicles cannot get reasonable insurance because of the theft with them I just had one and had to give it back for that very reason that is very shady business practices once he said that I knew him nor this lot should be trusted and I will tell everyone I know not to come here!

Great location and we had a really friendly salesman. We are in the market for a new SUV and my wife was curious about the Pathfinders. They had plenty here, tho they didn't have the exact one that we wanted. Looking for the Platinum with every feature and the two tone interior, it wasn't in stock yet. Place was clean, the salesman we talked with for a bit inside, tho we told him from the beginning that we weren't buying today. When we car shop, we look at everything in every price range, having just started looking, this was only our first day shopping. The location is clean. Again, staff was great. If we get a Nissan, we will likely return.

I had a pretty good experience here. I was able to secure the car I wanted less than 24 hours after they posted it. They priced it low but when it came to the final number they decided to add on around $4k to the price, calling it an “Options” fee. Very confusing and I guess some kind of salesman tactic. Not only that but my credit score is considered good and they tried to give me a very high interest rate. I immediately called my bank who gave me a much better rate than that. So be sure to be on top of your game when you come here. They will try to play with you if you don’t know how car buying works, but unfortunately, that’s the nature of the business. But I am happy with the car. I love Nissan.

Texas Nissan was great to take care of my issues on my frontier. The vehicle was under warranty so my service other than the oil change were free of charges. Still my place of service when it come to the all the bells and whistles or this vehicle. Thanks

Bought two cars from this dealership and both times the salesman was not high pressure. I got the deal I was promised. Clinton Calhoun was my salesperson this time and was a true professional. He was quick, efficient and the experience and vehicle exceeded my expectations. If you want to buy here I recommend working with him.

run!!! this is the worst dealership ever!!! they sell cars that they buy from auctions without thoroughly checking them out! my car had a $5000 problem within 2 weeks. while we were at the dealership getting nowhere, 2 other people were there with similar problems. this is a terrible dealership!! beware!!

The dealership is disputing the cause of malfunction. I want to stress, if this malfunction isn't related to the recall and Nissan and the dealership are being complacent someone could be seriously hurt. I am going to contact the NHTSA again. The car shot backwards while in drive. I didn't call Nissan consumer affairs because I thought I made an error. I called because someone could be run over. Oh, and the dealership has indicated they aren't going to do anything to help me. They are in possession of this vehicle. I am the victim of illegal business practices that resulted in a car accident.I should mention I have video of this car which does show the vehicle has problems. I was able to capture the vehicle on video acting erratically when put into drive. The dashboard reads what the recall states it should read, but nonetheless, if the accident isn't related to the recall public safety is at risk. I had this brand new car for 20 days. The car is on a NO SALE in EFFECT recall. Tic Tok is next.

I appreciate the idea of scheduled maintenance but dislike the mandated package that you can cancel but still have to pay for. The staff was courteous and the visit was quick. Maybe too quick considering the tires were not dealt with properly.

My husband has desperately been needing a new car this past year and after not feeling comfortable enough to purchase a car at a few other dealerships, we finally purchased a car yesterday thanks to the INCREDIBLE service at Texas Nissan of Grapevine! From the moment we pulled in to driving away in a new car, KENDALL PINCKNEY (KP) was there for us with respect, patience, honesty, and just pure kindness. He got us a great deal on a used car in amazing condition. When I test drove the car, I was amazed at how clean the car was. Even so, they did additional detailing before we picked it up later that same day. It literally looks, smells and feels like a new car and we appreciate that they do good honest work, and are selling top notch used cars. With our purchase, they included an extended warranty at a good price AND free oil changes and tire rotations at their dealership for two years. Totally recommend Texas Nissan of Grapevine!!

Edit 10.21.23: Just updating the review to reflect the improved experience through the customer experience team that offered to rectify the issue. He was extremely friendly and definitely did his best to resolve it in a timely manner. He was a great chat.I had an absolutely atrocious service experience. I went to get my oil and filter changed at 10:30 and arrived at 10:15. I was ensured it would take 1.5 hours since I needed to get somewhere important, so I checked in around 12:30 for an update and was informed that they still had not even started. I ended up taking the car elsewhere and will not be returning due to the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism. I did not have a positive customer experiences as well as the person working on 10/19/23 was not inviting to begin with.
